Yes ,you are right! thoughts and future is the main problem..but I am getting sleep for 8hours regularly... Only the timing is different..but the problem is I get sleep very late.. bcuz i plan,do, think everything in late time..so I don't get sleep at early..so I wake-up very late...ppl will misunderstand it very easily...but I need to practice it to wake up so fast...if I'm in the right situation and the right place I can correct it all... at present situation is the problm..but trying my maximum..nice useful video...thank you🙏

Doc, you are simply superb. I also like to add two more additions to getting proper sleep.. 1) Avoiding the use of phones into bed and read a book instead 2) A small glass of warm milk just an hour before sleep
