Being an sensible business men i would buy max 5 crore flat to live in Andheri west. Balance 40 crore rotate as capital in business or invest in Farm land to do Agriculture activities or make giant warehouses for storage.

My less than lakh rupees house in village is more scenic than 45cr Apt, plus it comes with fresh and cheaper organic vegetables with high quality air and pure water. Lastly to add negligible maintenance ☺️. By the way apartment is really very beautiful ❤️

We all know that Bombay is sinking The island is too heavy now, it needs a proper draining system for the flooding, And also, earthquakes aren’t predictable. So I don’t think I would wanna spend 45cr, even if I had that much. I’d prefer an outskirt, quiet, with trees and nature circling me. But the house is beautiful, absolute luxurious.

In my view , 45 cr investment is too expensive for this house, even in just 2-3 cr we can make our own customized house as per our needs just only few kilometres away from Mumbai , so paying additional 42 cr only to get tag of Andheri is unwise and illogical , and about Mumbai them Mumbai don't have any protection plan here Maharashtra government remains bussy in thier politics so they aren't capable to protect poeple of this city, any earthquake or flood can cause Mumbai to razed down , because of overpopulation this island is getting heavier day by day, so investing 45 cr on a land which don't have any protection plans from government ,so it's waste of money.

if location doesn't makes much difference t.. probably one could buy his own land else where along the coast and build a much better luxurious sea facing bunglow with open garden rather than living in some very high storey at posh location. At the end, you would save much more money for other investment. Though I could not afford any of these, but if it happens anywhere in future I would surely do this. While having a decently priced liveable apartment in the city just to commute easy for works and travel to my bunglow or farm house for weekend relax.

the house is pretty big, wish it had a better interior though, sticking to an aesthetic for all of the house. it felt as if there were a mix of different aesthetics and style that became quite messy. Cool tho.

Most rubbish investment, if you are thinking it as a rental income property, and even as an investment point of view its not practical. 7 million dollars and not even centralised AC, u have to run ceiling fans😂

In Kolkata, such ultra luxurious property/ flat are available within the range of 15 to 20 crores in one of the premium locations....and within 5 crores on the outskirts....

i hope who so ever buy this masterpiece, must look outside and think.... i have paid so much money for this. a view full of concrete jungle. a person who spend that much money will need at least 1 acre of land with plush green gardens and fruit garden so that he can be in peace by looking at them everyday and enjoy them.

Yes! But this is at the heart of India's financial hub called Mumbai. This is not for someone who makes a livelihood doing regular jobs. This is for those who make around 100cr a year, and for whom, by requisite demands a centrally located residence to ideally meet their business requirements. People who can splash out the asking price and still wouldn't bring any significant deduction in their bank balances! Regardless, this property isn't worth 45cr given the meagre 5000 sq ft carpeted area and the absence of a patio/balcony, centralized air con etc. It wouldn't have cost the builder any more than 10cr for this duplex! Having said that, we haven't taken a toll of the external, public amenities and luxuries into consideration. The opulence of the public area, parks, health club, pools, play area, parking, elevators, vegetation, landscaping, services etc.

People having 45cr could redevelope a society in mumbai suburbs comprising of 7 wings with that much money big projects can take off and generate a huge turnover during the course of completion of project only investors hold that much money rest no one dares unless and until he is damani ambani or adani
