Lets do a Full Body workout only using a 45lb. weight Plate! This workout can be done in 15 minutes by Men and Women, Beginners and Advanced!. Every body part will get a workout and you'll burn calories while building muscle at the same time!
Don't have a 45 pound weight plate? Well you can use a 25 or 10 pound plate. Just try and hold the weight plate for the duration of the 15 minute workout. All of the exercises can be performed at home or in a gym. We did this workout in the Basement home gym.
