Lets do a Full Body workout only using a 45lb. weight Plate! This workout can be done in 15 minutes by Men and Women, Beginners and Advanced!. Every body part will get a workout and you'll burn calories while building muscle at the same time!
Don't have a 45 pound weight plate? Well you can use a 25 or 10 pound plate. Just try and hold the weight plate for the duration of the 15 minute workout. All of the exercises can be performed at home or in a gym. We did this workout in the Basement home gym.

Great workout just make sure you don’t drop W plate on your toes, start of with 10kg, I’m glad my gym has holes for grip to lift, watching from 🇬🇧 UK keep up the good work lads

Just want to shout out you BROTHERS y'all are definitely STRONG...I can't imagine me doing a 45 lbs plate not yet at least and holding it for 15 min would be awesome feet for me.... KEEP IT MOVING BROTHERS

I'm not comfortable holding up a 45 lbs plate over my head unless I can hold it securely and comfortable with no stress 😬
