You are surprised 45million house but city Center you can get 250 million up to 300 million Mansion house available even beyond this price also available in Addis Ababa. Easy to get this info ask brokers they show you. House price in Addis very insane. I have seen internet the second most expensive place in Africa to buy house and properties

There's gonna be a housing bubble in ethiopia 🇪🇹 pretty soon. Same thing we see in China 🇨🇳 right now. The prices are ridiculous. The locals do NOT afford to buy it and the diasporas aren't coming to live there anytime soon given the on going civil war. You can't borrow money from any financial institution in ethiopia right now.... that says a lot. Don't risk your hard earned money in investing in real estate there. If you do plan to invest please do your do diligence. ✌️

Addis Abeba have bad infrastructure, no water lucky if you get twice ce per week, electricity the same bad internet connection. That’s no yard very bad lighting the next house is like almost a touching yours paying $600,000 in dollar when you convert it. Ridiculous.

well, if you use official foreign exchange, it would be 2,850,000 Qatari riyals. However if you exchange Riyal to Birr in the black market (it has a different foreign exchange rate, and is the way most people exchange their currencies) then it would be about 1,800,000 Qatari Riyal

If they could mount the water tank on top of the roof, the living room lacks natural light. They could have installed windows by the side. The columns could have been leveled with the wall( to make it unnoticeable from inside. It steals the beauty of the house ) if they thought during designing ( I hired a professional architect and you can’t see a single column by the wall).

the price is to expensive for $786.000 US dollars with this price i can buy 2 appartments of 80 to 100 metre carré in Germany. Nevertheless it is advisable to appoint a professional Ingenieur Architeque to evaluate the all construction material & the Building fondations before taking the decision to invest in buying this house .

What region of Germany? something you have to consider to. in less industrialized, lower-income regions in the former communist east that are less important economically but get a lot of government support, or in industrialized, high-income areas like Munich, Hamburg, and Stuttgart?

in reality it is closer to 300,000-400,000k. The foreign exchange of Birr to Dollars is so confusing, because of black market exchange, still overpriced though
