I don't like workouts that are more than 30 minutes, but I pushed myself to do this one. It was definitely tough, but I'm glad I did it. My legs ,booty and abs feel stronger. Even though I don't have toned muscle, I can last longer and feel stronger 💪

These workouts are great. I blend them into my weekly routine of weight lifting. I'm seeing great results. One of the best results is that I no longer feel incredible pain every morning when I get out of bed. I also am having much more energy throughout the day as well. It blows my mind that Anna can just keep going through the entire workout and never let up. My goal is to hit that level of beast mode! Keep the videos coming! Big fan!

Anna…. I did this workout 5 times and my booty grew two inches….. the burn is like no other workout and I really feel the glutes WORKINGGGGGG!!! Thank you so much!!!! And your music is awesome, so much better than other fitness KZfaqrs ❤

I started doing these workouts three weeks ago, I never imagined I could do them (I mean, I take my breaks at moments), I struggle a lot but before there was no way I could handle it. I feel stronger. I really appreciate every workout video you put out here. I hope to come back here in a month and say I accomplished it all.

My first workout with this page & I gotta say that it was the PERFECT pace for me this morning. I didn’t feel like working out but halfway through - with ankle weights & booty band, when possible - I started to get that “workout high” lol amazing workout, I’m definitely adding this one to the list!

For someone who is a beginner and has fibromylgia; I could only go for 22 minutes including your cool down excersises, but I must say you did an amazing job guiding and how you edit the video & the music made me enjoy the excerise even more. Thank you so much for this! I look forward to do more! =)

I'm a new subscriber, just following for a couple of weeks now. I loved this one! While I love the HIIT workouts, it was nice to slow down on the cardio and really focus on strength and form here. That's something I have felt missing from my regimen since losing access to weights. Thank you!

What I personally love about this workout is that butt exercises go first and I hate doing them so much so it’s actually the hardest part for me and afterwards go my FAVOURITE abc workouts which I adore 😊 so when the hardest part is done I really enjoying all of the abc sets :)) it’s like a reward for me after completing the first tought part 🔥 my muscles are on fire now 🔥 Anna is the best couch here I’m serious !

I always modify your workouts by shortening the interval to 40 - 20. Can't imagine how you must feel if you're doing 50 - 10. I'm dying!!

Mega Outfit und wie immer wunderschön anzusehen, man sieht richtig wie du dir Mühe gibst das Setting hübsch zu machen!😻 Es macht einfach freude zuzuschauen und mitzumachen. Ich mache deine Workouts seit Januar (!!) immer in der Mittagspause und es steigert meine Laune (und natürlich Kraft) so enorm. Du hast es einfach drauf🥳 Und ich liebe die längeren und härteren Workouts> 40 min:) aber da ist definitiv jeder anders🙈

Hello Anna. I just want to tell you that your trainings are really important to me since the pandemic. I feel like in a crossfit class at the gym. I really like when there is no "rest time" and that we focus on one type of muscle during the training but also that we do cardio at the same time. I feel this type of workout is perfect for my body. You don’t start out doing that long. When I started working out 3 months ago after a lonnnng period of not exercising, I could only do about 10 seconds. Then it built to 20, now I’m about 45 seconds on a good day. Still not to Anna level but just do your best and push as hard as you can each time and we’ll get there!
