A belly band is really great to ease hip pain. It just relieves the weight of baby while you’re wearing it, so the stretching isn’t so bad on your ligaments. Also, when I can’t take the side sleeping any more I have slept in a recliner towards the end. At least for part of the night. You’re almost there! ❤

Definitely second the belly band. I ended up wearing a belly band and a sciatic belt that really helped my hips align

You might be able to find some maternity clothes at the Goodwill. I went there looking for shorts one time. My only question was how people keep their clothes so nice to resell.

It could be your siactic nerve I know when my sister in law was pregnant she was told it was her sciatic nerve as the bigger she got the position of the baby put pressure of the siatic nerve
