Looks much better than mgm signature. Both mgm and this place have very small TVs by todays standards and there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to fit a larger one.

You can live full time if you would like or just use it periodically. Renting it out is not a requirement.

Kitchenette, two burner range, microwave, sink and small fridge. Full one bedrooms have full kitchens.

Hard to tell but I have had a number of people bring up a price increase if the hotel name gets switched. The quality of the property and staff is no doubt the best. The branding is the only issue that my clients are seeing. Its hard for the public to understand that even though it is under the trump management contract these units are not owned by trump and they are owned by many individuals.

DON'T BUY IT ! If Trump still owns it, he has to sell it to pay for his debts and fines from thinking he's above the law. The maintenance and ownership fees will jump. It may be called E. Jean Carroll Tower soon.

soon to be the State of NY tower....anyone who would buy or broker a tRump property is a fool ...everyone who does business with tRump the indicted 91 times felon and convicted sexual assaulter ends up getting screwed or indicted ....just ask all the lawyers who represented him in the past that are now convicted and indicted and going broke because of tRump...if you buy this unit you take a risk that the tRumps would quadruple your maintenance costs to cover all of his legal fees and that the land the property sits on was fraudulently obtained by bank fraud...
