17:30 what Adam is referring to is a Viking Longhouse. Throughout the Norse lands, people lived in longhouses (langhús), which were typically 5 to 7 meters (16 to 23 ft) wide and anywhere from 15 to 75 meters (49 to 246 ft) long, depending on the wealth and social position of the owner. Definitely a similar ceiling structure with the board positioning. 👍🏻

I think this is the first house you've toured in this channel that I actually was stunned by. Most of these LA homes are all cookie cutter, square boxes with walls of glass, but this one actually is amazing and looks like it's worth the money

Whether it's modern style (which I hate) or more Mediterranean style (which I love), the fact remains the same: the pleasure for me of these vdeos is to imagine how I would change the decor and how I would arrange the colors, the rooms and the different pieces of furniture so that everything would match my own taste. These houses are so personalized that they cannot please the majority. Imagination must be in order to appreciate these home tours. The other pleasure, of course, is to follow the Producer Michael and Adam in their “expeditions” which have a flavor that we find nowhere else, especially when Caroline graces us with her presence.

This settings is really good for a private Studio , i can sense it , not too complicated to roam around , just straight up big house. I recommend it but only for specific ones (musician or movie actors maybe) 👍

I think most of those bear sculptures are Bearbrick bears. They do a lot of luxury brand collaborations. That huge one by the stairs is a KAWS sculpture, you can tell by the ears. I think the type of Viking structure you're referring to might be a longhouse, a meeting there is literally called a thing. This house is incredible, I love it's grand moody vibe, with a sense of fun. It's jawdropping! Great tour! I would love to be able to live like this, just like it is. Edit...Adam!!, omg, the bedsheets joke was an LMAO moment.

Great house. It has a masculine look to it. Almost has a Lodge feel to it. Can’t believe the size of some of those bedrooms! The outside is nice too. You made me laugh a few times at how you both communicated with each other. Funny bantering. Love that extra separate garage! So many nice cars could go in there. What I would do with it!

The tram up the hillside at 24:00 is probably a “funicular” and owls, well they all have different calls. The great horned owls 🦉 in Arizona where I am, “hoot” in a drawn out “hoo-hooo-hooooooo” and screech owls “screech” (obvs) 😅. This is the best house ever! 😊 It makes the other houses look like malls. Thank you both so much!❤

Forget about the whatches and and the other stuff... This chemistry between you both, the jokes you both make and the fun you have is the reason I (and most likley a lot if not the most of your subsribers) joined and love this channel and is only seen on your mansion tours. On the most tours from all these realtors and presenters the mansion is the main character, in your videos its at least 50% you both and the mansion. These are not the boring "and here you see this, and there you see that" and "these view is gorgeous as you can see..." and " the kitchen has apliances from..." Videos. You both mention all theses thinks and show it as well but you are real and "normal" and even if we know you both prepare and put a lot of work in it - it feels spontainous and real. Love it! And yes, that is one of the best mansions, if not the best, you had on your channel I think. Thank you for beeing on youtoube and gift us with your fun and silliness every week! 🙂

Amazing, beautiful stunning home, it feels so homey even though it’s soooooo large. Michael the statue you couldn’t remember, I knew and it bugged me through the video trying to remember😂, the last shot of him I remembered “Astro Boy” he was from our time growing up in cartoons, he always “saved the day” I’m sure you would have watched as a child like my sisters and I. Wonderful tour don’t know how you managed to squeeze it into a video this short, when you said it took an hour to look through it first. Indeed it looks like it was designed entirely with CAAD. Just look at 1035 Stradella Drive in LA and see what just sold for half the price. This house is a mismatch of NYC industrialism and a Pennsylvania barn but it just doesn’t mesh. It’s like a teepee that you sectioned off into different rooms and added a few girders, but it’s still just a teepee lol. Thank you very much! Liked, subscribed and shared.
