What an amazing young girl, so open about her situation, I absolutely love her! A word of advice though, Chloe, please please take care of yourself too. Having worked as a psychotherapist for 25 yrs, self care is fundamental to continue doing what your doing Chloe. Well done. 🙏

Well done lads! Great podcast once again. Listening to Chloe and her story she’s a great example to show regardless of your socio-economic background we all suffer similar experiences and our thoughts are all very similar. James great recommendation on the book half way through it, it’s not an easy listen but a great insight into the mind body connection. 👏👏👏👏

The Two Norries and their guests are so relatable. Almost every episode has been on something, or at least very similar, that I have personally experienced as well.
