This woman is a killer. Three men are prime examples of that. Two are dead and one survived.

What did Raynella know about this judge? This was a well connected woman who knew all the important legal players in the county, so it’s not unreasonable to think she would have known a few dirty little secrets. And given her character, it seems obvious she’d use them.

The more the judge explains his decision, the more clear it is that it is a complete joke.

Tbh, the fact that one of the jurors wanted to find her guilty because they thought her lawyer was corny is concerning. There really was an astounding lack of evidence.

If they had already called a jury, it's wrong for a judge to interfere and call the verdict, period.

I’ll never ever understand how juries are expected to make an “informed decision” when they’re not given all the information... That now ALL of her husbands have died under suspicious circumstances is most certainly relevant to this case. But the jury isn’t allowed to know about the others, that’s insane.

Somebody needs to check if there are any bodies in her work as a nurse.

This woman is so sneaky, so manipulative, and so, so guilty. She killed both of her husbands and would have killed Steve Walker had she not missed him on the first shot and ultimately ran out of bullets. She should have been put away at that time. It makes me sick and all I can say is anyone who knows this murderer had better steer clear of this evil woman. I believe the judge that acquitted her was an attention hog.

The judge needs to be jailed.

Those jurors explaining why they'd vote guilty prove EXACTLY why everyone should be terrified to have your life in their hands. One of them says "guilty" because he disagrees with PROVEN MEDICAL SCIENCE. The other says "guilty" because the lawyer acted out a dumb speech. Pathetic. Thank god they didn't get to vote.

See what a judge can do? Imagine the injustice that has and will continue with those leches in the Supreme Court.

The judge says she has an alibi but he also says they couldn't prove time of death. So he contradicts himself.

The judge said in his interview, there is a difference between "not guilty" and "innocent". In his ruling, he clearly proclaims her innocent.

Such a good story! I think Raynella had a good lawyer but I also thought he was a little over the top. When he was sitting on that bed fiddling with that gun it made me cringe too. I know exactly how that juror felt. lol

Usually no eyewitness, however circumstantial and physical evidence if found can overwhelmingly prove a crime

The motive with both of the husbands is she didn’t want to care for them through their illnesses.

Having dealt with a close family member that was dealing with the same thing as her second husband, I do see where the defenses explanation is very plausible with the gun shots. If you don't have experience with mental health/brain diseases/death with them and neurological problems you wouldn't understand it. It was my dad and I saw not only his irritation dealing with it but other people in the facility he was getting help at. I heard several times what they said as well as my dad. "I'm useless, why am I even here." I would assure dad we needed him and give him examples. I also dealt with PTSD from WWII. Extremities (head, arms, hands, legs, feet) just spasm or move on their own. I myself have neurological problems with my hand. It will spasm and double do whatever I am doing. It's slight and just an aggravation for now. Like typing this I have to proof read and correct what my fingers double type and if I use the mouse my middle finger will spasm and click the mouse button. Sometimes the mouse flies to a different area altogether. My wrist will just have a weird flick to the right once in a while. Thankfully, the doctor does know why but I won't have the surgery until it gets worse. Other than that I would have to hear the entire case to base an opinion. I am in middle Tennessee and we didn't hear much about this case back then. I saw no hard evidence, nothing that showed beyond a shadow of a doubt that she did it. Just circumstantial that might implicate her guilt, but it certainly doesn't prove her guilty.

Her 911 call sounded Fake ASF.

That was shocking. I didnt expect the "judge" to be the judge of what she did. Thats what the jury is supposed to be for. But if the jury should be allowed to have all the information about the case.. NO evidence to defend or condemn the person on trial should be withheld ever. And far too many defendants have had evidence to exonerate them withheld from the trial .

I love this program, so mind-boggling I can't comprehend mind of judge who handle this case.

No one wants to believe their loved one was capable of suicide. I definitely have doubts about her innocence but with the little snippets presented here, there was definitely reasonable doubt.

Reading the comments where the majority acting like jackals, would just simply jail a person from their armchairs, I'm glad the judge was rational. He did what was needed to be done in a case without enough evidence.

Another wild and crazy case is that of Chuck and Martha Ann Kaczmarczyk from southeast Tennessee. So many twists and turns that will leave your head spinning!

That judge had NO RIGHT to dismiss the case. The majority of judges have never had their own lives at stake and in the hands of someone with power. I wish they AND the majority of these defense attorneys, (who full-well know their clients are GUILTY), get a big dose of their hypocrisy and lies. They all make me sick and angry.

The phone call that she made to her husband's daughter...... I just wonder what the judge thought about that? I could see suicide, but I can also see her killing him. But that phone call was out of the ordinary. Also the things that she told his daughter. I also don't understand why they couldn't determine how long he had been dead.

As much as I may think she killed him, I have to side with the judge in this case, because there's simply not enough evidence to prove she pulled the trigger or was even there when he was shot.

The criminal system picks and chooses whom they'll step out and beyond for. No one that I'm aware of took a leap of faith for in minorities that have been charged and found guilty when, in fact, there are innocent people in the criminal system today. 😢😢😢

This is the 2nd case I've seen on either, here, or Dateline, where a "suicide" took place and yet more than 1 shot fired. Family in that case also held ties to local law enforcement that muddied the waters & delayed justice.

Appalling! That woman is a killer.

A child that is "close" to their parents KNOWS whether or not their parent(s) are not in their original state of mind.

The justice system has no justice. It always boils down to which team puts on a better act. The jury gets to decide which movie they liked better that had the best actors and props, the state or the defense movie.

People have said this before about other people, and it almost always bothers me, but in this case, this woman truly does have evil eyes IMO. If a look could consume your soul, hers most certainly would.

She definitely did it.
