Here is a perfect example of the temporary insanity plea being valid. This case should be cited in legal textbooks as the proper use of this plea. So often lawyers abuse the opportunity to show how real damage to mental health affects men.

If she died I imagine The insanity defense would’ve been a lot harder to attain. The fact that she testified and showed the court her vile personality and the truth of her intentional actions. @@jrb4347 Sounds like she and her live-in b/f were squatters, wouldn't move out. He wanted to terminate their arrangements, but she would have nothing to do with that. She set out to destroy him, and succeeded, in essence. He had to sell everything he owned, an empire that he built himself... in order to deal with her. His reputation is gone. He's in an insane asylum now. She, on the other hand, has no remorse for what she and her b/f did to him.
