Всегда считал что на теле борцов не должны присутствовать твёрдые предметы . Не знаю что это на голове у девушки и для чего , но об это наверное можно пораниться . Ведь спортсмены делают резкие движения

The shorter girl (blue?) has great stance and testing the fake takedown. She needs to be careful not to tie up too much and NEVER over the opponent’s arms/shoulders. Always under. That gives the opportunity to drop and shoot for a leg takedown or a spin to the backside. Control the hands… control the match. Tying up is a total waste of energy and time. Go for the ankle on a side move and spin behind for points.
