I don't want to be rude or mean. Does the MLB test regular for steroids? I get what he is doing is remarkable and outstanding. At the same time in back of my mind, I ask if he is using an enhancer. I look back at Barry Bounds, Sammy Sosa, Mark McGwire to name whom all took steroids or enhancers to improve their play. They hit a lot of home runs!

I disagree but mainly because I view the word athlete differently than you probably. To me, someone like Usain Bolt or Michael Phelps was 100x the athlete that Ohtani is. Ohtani is the best BASEBALL PLAYER in the world, definitely a difference imo. There are tons and tons of great athletes in baseball, but none that can do the combo of pitching, hitting, and running that Shohei can. But he isn't even close to being viewed as fast compared to world class athletes, or incredibly strong or anything else. He is just a baseball player built in a lab.

@@billyblanco2540 Speaking specifically about Angels stadium as I don't know if this holds true in every climate, but yeah the ball travels better in the hot day games. I believe the gist of it is the warmer air is less dense and easier for a baseball to travel through.
