This morning I saw a video put out by Junk Journal Addict (Mariah). It was super fast and really cute. She made a Master board out of Washi Tape. She didn’t call it a Master Board. I did. Lol. Anyway, she turned the larger paper over and cut it up. She then inked the edges, added some paper dolls and some Tim Holtz transparent numbers. It was ready cute, fast and I think it’s a Mojo Buster. Lol

For a while I also stopped using washi-tapes. I realized it was because I was keeping them neatly organized inside of a drawer and never thought about them. I finally placed them in a transparent container in a shelve near my desk. Now that I see them often I use them often and it always adds a little pizzazz to my pages.

I created masterboards with the large washi tapes I wasn't using and then turned them into ephemera. I love your creations and can see how the washi tapes wouldn't add to them. 🙂 Love your story with the digital kit ❤

You missed a charm. It's a smal one, and it fell between the candy boxes and the box wall. And, you can 'puff upp' the star. It's not meant as a charm, but rather something that is usual to hang in a fir tree during Christmas in Sweden. Yes, I'm a Scrappy8. 😊 Such a cute kit, or rather kits, for February. Love the story you created around it!

Great kits Barbara. I love embossing as well. I’m slowly getting more colors. With me it wasn’t washy tape, it was stamps, but I find I don’t use most of them. I think when we first start on our journal making journey, we collect all kinds of things. For me, this year is about uncluttering and letting things go. I find it easier to create without all the clutter, and too many choices can be overwhelming. Thanks for sharing. ❤😊

Two beautiful new kits! That little dog steals my heart. We lost our 15 year old pup this past September and she looked so much like this little dog except she was all white. Missed out on the ephemera holder but someday I'll be up either late enough or early enough to see them when they appear! Loved hearing about the Scrappy 8. Lisa, Brenda, and Michelle are from our three states! Good luck with your fitness plan and your trainer! I need to get in shape before the summer so we can go hiking in the mountains of Montana! Maybe I need that recipe for Mojo!

so nice to see all that has evolved around dephemerember. it has been such a joy to watch and partake with everyone involved. also, i have to say thank-you for bringing up what is allowed and not allowed as far as your digitals. maybe you can do a video on exactly what is allowed when it comes to yours and luise's digitals. how we interpret the guidelines can be so different than what is intended. for me it is not all black and white and i am not very good at reading in between the lines. i am pretty sure at some point i have crossed the lines without intent. clarification and something to refer back to would be awesome. thanks millions for all you do!

You mentioned that washi tape isn’t as popular as it used to be. I just watched a video from Marije @JunkJournal addict and she uses washi tape to make a master board and tags and they turned out really cute!

Good luck adding in your fitness routine! Having a trainer helps a lot, helps you balance your exercises to help reach your goals safely. I don't have a lot of washi, but I'm trying to use it and not just store it lol! I use it to add a little pop of interest in my more writing focused journal that still has sketching and collage elements for interest. I don't use it as much in my art or junk journals tho. I liked how you added it, you should use it more!

Such beautiful colors in this new kit! ❤ Your storytelling skills are phenomenal. 😃 It would be so fun to type out this story and include it in a journal. Not sure if that would be a problem but how fun would it be to have the inspiration for the creation of these gorgeous prints. I had so much fun last week recreating the pocket you did inspired by the potato sack. It was so magical watching the embossing powder bring those goggles to life. He is so cute! Those eyes! 😍 Now I want to try embossing everything. 😂What a beautiful page! The heart cluster tab was a perfect touch! Thank you for all you do! Blessings from Texas!💕 P.S. Could the different embossing results have to do with different papers used? Were they both printed on matte photo paper?

@@gladialle I asked once why she doesn't mention ai. She answered that as like she doesn't mention photoshop or any other program, she doesn't mention AI as well because it's just a tool. I'm agree, it's a tool. But quite an overwhelming tool recently 😅 i like the use of ai, but some tend to forget to put soul into the work (not talking about Barbara, but i still think it's a lot of ai now in her digitals too). I can make ai myself, almost anyone can, nothing special about these digitals in this case 😢

@@gladialle in a lot of previous kits she collaborated with an artist. It was so wonderful! Helping others, allowing the artist to share their work this way too, be known by others. Now with AI no work for this artist it seems 🥺 this makes me sad more than anything

Ein sehr schöner Planer mit tollen Papieren. Ich hatte ich auch gerade wieder eine kurze Steampunkphase. Washis hab ich auch noch zu viele im Schrank, irgendwie nutzt man nur wenige. I have so much trouble with my crocodile. Not for the smaller grommets but the larger ones never flatten correctly no matter what combination I use. Can yon yell us your secrets in using your crocodile. Seeing your large gromment at the top of your journal card made me think to ask you.

Barbara I never seem to be able to get any of your physical product. I would love to have one of journals. Do you have a waiting list? Your 5 ephemera holders must have flown out of your place!!! I have been waiting to download a bunch of your digi kits, I how to purchase a new computer because my old one was just too old and could not handle a Digi I ordered somewhere else. It has been a struggle the struggle is real. I have watched you for a few years now I even tried to download something free of yours one time from your kofi shop and it never worked. It is almost impossible to do everything on your phone. They are remarkable but downloading printables is not one of them.💜💜💜
