I haven't made a back handspring one but if you can already backflip you can easily do a back handspring (start by throwing it on a trampoline if you are worried about it on floor)

Is raiz so hard to get? And does it help with kick the moon? I can't land my kick the moon since months i don't know why!! Thanks for coming over to my comment❤️

In my opinion it is easier to get a decent raiz than a decent TD raiz. Regards to it helping for kick the moon: I would say it doesn't help it directly but the awareness that you learn from any trick will indirectly help your other tricks and make new tricks that little bit easier.

I am right handed but I trick towards my left. (So I explained the move for people who trick to the left but it is the same for people who go to their right - just flip the information)

If you twist to your left then your left hand must touch the ground but if you twist to your right then your right hand must touch the floor

You have to keep it out straight and reach for the floor ( if you just stretch your arm out in hope chances are it will just collapse as you won't be prepared for the impact)

If you spin to your left then left hand goes down, if you spin to your right then right hand goes down
