There's just something about the way the Germans use their lands. I love watching all the different "burgs" or little one block towns and how they are scattered around farm and woodlands. This really was an exceptional journey in longform also. Thanks for sharing it!

Thank you. I was on the LH A346 in February from MUC-JFK and I wanted to get on the same plane from FRA-SEA this July but a one way flight was £1600!!!!!!🤨🤨🤨 Madness!!!! Last year the same route was just £500-600. I have been told that is because of high demand coming from the states. I am now on a WestJet 789 from DUB-YYC on my way to WA and just hoping it doesn’t fall apart in the sky.

Yeah I paid a pretty penny to take this flight. This one flight was like 1/3rd the cost of my whole around the world trip. And don't worry about your flight my friend. 787's have been flying now for 15 years without a single hull loss or death onboard. Yes, there are "whistleblowers" coming out right now, but I'll wait for any official findings from the FAA. I find it suspicious that there are suddenly tons of people raising safety concerns about an aircraft that has such a spotless and clean safety record.

At least you had clear weather. When I was on a LH A346 last June (MUC to ORD), it was raining so we couldn't see anything. But coming into MCH 10 days before we got to see the scenery you just showed us. Beautiful countryside - that made you forget you were near a major city.

Sometimes it works out haha. I've certainly had my fair share of bad weather. I was very happy this flight had good weather though. I love the A340-600 and I really wanted this flight to be spectacular. It was! Thanks for watching my friend!

WOWOWOW!! And he's off on his Amazing Race around the world!! And you got your clue from Phil Keoghan himself. Remember to read your clue very carefully, that it's 7 years per hour on your flight and to Drink The Ooze while on board. Anyhow, lots of good views.

The A 340-600 will always be my favorite aircraft together with the 747-400. It has 4 reliable engines and can cruise 14600 km nonstop. That'll be for example Frankfurt to Perth. I only flew one time with that beast ( Bangkok / Frankfurt ) as a replacement for the A 380. The best thing on that long tall Ernie are the toilettes which are located together in the back part of the plane. 10 all together in the Cargo section downstairs with some stairs to walk down. Stairs !! Dont get me wrong. The 787 and the A 350 are fabulous jets but they dont have that charme from the A 340-600 and the 747-400.

My favorite of all time. I'm glad I've been able able to fly them a handful of times. It won't be long and they'll only be viewable through history's lens.

No, I generally don't have a ton of loyalty towards hotels. The benefits aren't usually worth the extra $$$ you'll spend to stay at specific brands. I do have a Marriott credit card, and I stay at them when I can, but there are often times when Marriott properties are just too expensive. And the small benefits I get for being loyal, aren't usually worth the price difference. So no, I only have status with Marriott and it's actually their lowest level.

Hey. Um.. i have a question. Whenever there are special flights like... the first 747-400 of lufthansa or anything like that. How do you/or get on the flights?

I simply book a ticket on it, just like most people. I don't have any secret ways of getting on these flights. I simply follow a lot of aviation accounts and I see when they're announced, and I book them haha.

I am not editing the audio. I do literally nothing to the audio. The only times I ever mess with the audio at all is if the airline is playing copyright protected music during the taxi. But that was not the case on this flight.
