Yangon Circular Railway is the local commuter rail network that serves the Yangon metropolitan area. Operated by Myanmar Railways.
In 2019, this route is track work and will not be operated beyond Payat Seik Gon.

I've watched a lot of train videos from multiple countries but I don't think I've ever seen a rail system as poorly maintained as this one. Beautifully shot but scary nonetheless.

My first thought was I didn't know Myanmar had really nice trains. Then I saw the JR rail logo. Yes Myanmar has really nice trains.

This railway is obviously at its last days. The track is run-down, and the entire operation is thread-bare. Don't see much of a future for this train system.

семафор горит краснным - поезд едет....трущобы.....вилла,занятая явно не богатыми людьми...по рельсам народ шастает,как по бульвару....и горы, нет, ГОРЫ мусора..... Индия ?
