It looks so insane it makes every imperfection stand out more. Specifically rain and LoD is something I'd like to see improved in future updates (and obviously the pedestrian AI).

I haven't played this in a couple months but I have a 3090 and used DLSS quality when I was playing it on 4k - it looks like the textures on some things are higher res now, especially on the people.

If you want sharp image don't use DLSS, that's it, the word quality it's there to trick you xD. And besides that... here are modded setup, can't compare, obv. There are certaing things upgraded, draw distance and so on.

@@bruceludlow1326 If you acostume your eye to 120 Fps, then less than 60 will be unplayable. For someone who was playing at 30 FPS for years for example, playing games at 45-50 it's a dream. It's all about perspective mate. But not gonna lie, the setup Digital Dreams often demonstrate are... so unstable, but it's for showcase purposes. Down the resolution to 4k and not 8k and everything would be smooth.

I'm just waiting for the next Gen update for this and Witcher 3 so I can hop back in. Love the game but it just needs a little TLC. If they can go above and beyond I'd be happy to play through it multiple times. Hopefully we can get mods or something similar on console as well

I saw some graphical glitches on and off, like the rain falling sporadically, but I'm 100% sure they'll iron those issues out quickly. Is it the mod that is creating that very thick and heavy rain? If so, then everything is working as intended. Great video!

uh the rain comes and goes because he's driving in the city. you're constantly driving under things so it makes sense for the rain to only fall in certain places.

Yeah, I like wandering around too... but it gets dull after 5 minutes when you can't enter any buildings, interact with any NPCs, eat at any of the food stalls, see the same 5 NPCs over and over again... You're right the potential is there... I just wish they spent more time on making it what they promised and portrayed. They were so concerned about releasing trailers and information on what the game was supposed to be, yet they seemingly forgot to make the game.

The problem is all the bragging before the game came out talking about how amazing the game world was going to be. Like they were going to ‘next gen’ over Rockstar. It’s a decent game, i enjoyed it. But it does not in any way get close to how Rockstar builds its worlds. Especially the NPC aspect. Rockstar just puts in insane amounts of custom content for NPCs, some are quests, some just long dialogue you can listen to. After playing CP i went back and replayed RDR2 and it was just no contest regarding the world-building.

i think this game's problems reach far beyond bugs and glitches. Don't get me wrong the story is great but gameplay and open world are pretty bad. The world looks beuatiful but there is just not much to do.

How are you getting the roads consistently wet & reflective? I had to rollback to v1.23 and stick with that because nothing I was doing would produce the same level of wet shiny roads I wanted. Anything after v1.23 and my roads are shiny in areas like puddles, but quite dull in all other areas. They should only look dry under bridges etc., but I tried everything I could think of and nothing worked. Rolled back to v1.23 and roads look great again.

Its already a great game but I feel like once they have fixed the texture and object pop-ins, added a transmog system and worked on the AI a little the foundation will be there for them to add so much more. The city is huge and the scope for more stories and things to do is massive. I hope that they continue to work on the game and add to it for years because it would be a shame to waste the potential.

Stopped playing second week after release and got a refund cuz i got a gamebreaking bug. The game in itself really did feel extremely unpolished and rushed and even the story feels like its wasting a lot of potential. But one thing is for certain: IF they manage to put out an amazing next gen version and make the game feel polished, i will definetely buy it again

It's actually the Lamborghini mod. Rtx doesn't work on it

this game is so nice after i finish neir automata i give cyberpunk a rerun hopefully the dlcs will add more stuff to do to interact with the city.
