For me they had the best dance line, rap line, maybe not the best in vocals (but their vocals are also slaying), and they also have the best produced songs pertain to rookies of 2020. I will explain it with facts: Why they are the best in dancing? 4 of the members joined World of dance USA before they debuted. They also won 2nd place in another dance competition. Win might be the weakest among the 5 members but he is improving daily. Bic, even during their competition days is really doing an amazing job, he is always given the hardest parts of the routine and he is slaying it. Minjae is like the younger version of kai and taemin, his fluidity and sharp movements is top notched. Castle J is their most aggressive dancer of the group. Huijun is like the jack of all aces, he doesn't really have a specialised dance style because he can do what the other members specialise in. Why they have the best rapline? They might not be a YG artist but if you will hear them rap, you can say that "They are from YG". According to stays and multifans, they are the mini 3racha. We all know that 3racha is the Holy trinity of Rap in the 4th generation, and being named by their fans as the mini 3racha is a heck of a compliment. Let's start with Castle J, his flow and speed is top tier. With him producing their songs and raps, it makes his raps more creative too. Win, his deep ass voice, speed and flow is also really good, his flow speed and voice complements to each other. Bic, with his playful fast raps, you'll also be blown away to know that this Main dancer is also a really good rapper. Why they also have pretty good vocals? Minjae and Huijun makes up their vocal line, and their vocals are also no joke. Huijun, Main Vocalist has a pretty high range, good for ballad belting. His falsettos are also pretty solid same as his breathing and techniques. Minjae, lead vocalist, his vocals has a soft upbringing that will melt your ears. His falsettos are the best quality of his voice. Why they have the best songs in this year? Their predebut song, Top Gang is a hiphop based song with a very well made and catch beat and lyrics. Their debut song and their catchiest song, Ice Age brought a new sound in the industry with its cheerleading style chorus which is mostly done in girlgroups and very rarely done in Boygroups. Their first comeback Spring 떠 is their first summer song with a fresh sound, it provides the listeners and viewers a new face of their group. Their latest comeback from the Mini album Earth, nanana is a very hyped song, this song is a nonstop party. Unlike other songs, this song's energy is 10 out of 10 and it never went down. This song went really well with their vocal texture and rap styles. Their B sides or side tracks are also pretty good and memorable and one of their best bside if not the best is Beautiful. Please support them, stream their MVs, and vote them on MAMA because they really deserve the title "Rookie of the year".
