Today I’m making three-layered black sesame mousse cake!
I put in only black sesame paste, but it’ll be tastier if you add black sesame powder.

• Ingredients
For the base:
□ 70g Oreos, crushed
□ 30g Unsalted butter, melted
For the black sesame mousse:
□ 200ml Heavy cream
□ 220g Cream cheese
□ 70g Granulated sugar
□ 55g Plain yogurt
□ 4g Lemon juice
□ 6g Gelatin
□ 80g Black sesame paste, divided(40g/40g)
□ Black sesame seeds(for topping)
• Instructions
1. Crush the oreo cookies and add melted butter and mix
2. Place it in a cake tin and press evenly into the base of the cake tin
3. Refrigerate while preparing the cream cheese filling
4. Beat the cream cheese until it is smooth
5. Add sugar, plain yogurt, lemon juice, and melted gelatin and mix well
6. Whisk the heavy cream until thick and fold it into the cream cheese mixture
7. Pour a third of the amount of filling into the bottom of the mold and chill for 30 minutes
8. Put black sesame paste(40g) into the cream cheese mousse
9. Pour half of the black sesame mousse into the mold and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
10. Add in black sesame paste(40g) and pour it into the cake
11. Chill in the fridge at least 4 hours to set
12. Remove the cake from the mold and top with black sesame seeds
13. Enjoy!
