4K Over 220 mile's charity cliff hike Part 1 🥾⛰

Жыл бұрынThis video was for my dad who died of cancer and the hospice that we might all need there lovely care one day. ,This was the culmination of 4 week's ,hiking the south devon coastal path Through Heavy rain the first weeks,to sunny weather the 3rd and 4th week.Hiking the brixham costal path to just past meadford beach.Each week i increased my distance,1st week 6 miles per day ,2nd week 10 miles per day ,3rd week 12 miles per day ,and the 4th and final week was over 20 miles per day.Part 2 next week,see's me finish the over 100 miles.In Total i have done Over 220 miles along the cliff's in 4 week's.

Debs. You & whoever done the walks with you are absolute legends. Was it Phil or somebody else? We thought that it was a big achievement to walk from Brixham to Meadfoot but to see you walking back as well & doing it 5 times in a row is absolutely mind blowing. How on earth did you manage it? I bet you were exhausted after all that. Your talking app on your phone was hilarious as well. How did you do those voiceovers as that wasn't your voice unless you've learnt to speak posh. Lol. THANK YOU so much martin and your lovely wife,what you have done means so much to me.Yes my children took turns having days of work to help me,mostly my son whose a paramedic helped with filming and my feet the most.Phil lol made me mirowave meals when i got back at 8pm and earl grey tea.Watched your latest last night before our movie film and loved it,you have such a good eye the way you produce and edit your films.Part 2 is next sunday and carries on from wensday,the app my niece got me which is free runkeeper,it tracks you and can set diff voices,i did have a soft spot for the sargent major voice.you should try it put it on your mobile click start and it tells you have your doing via sat nav tracking.Have a mega sunday and again thank you so much for putting a smile on my face debs xx 🤗

Well done Debs, I was born and brought up in Torquay as a kid, then moved to South Yorkshire, then Dad moved us back to Devon, Kingsbridge South Hams, then off again up north. Love Devon, and taking my mum (she is 86 years old, to see relatives in Devon for week in May, Dad deceased). Yeah so some of your walk brings back memories. Watching Part 2, when back from Office tonight!

This Has taken me 4 weeks of cliff hiking,the first week was heavy rain doing 5 miles a day,the second week 10 miles a day was a mix off heavy rain and wind,the 12 miles and final over 20 miles a day,luckily was sunny.In total i have hiked over 220 miles in 4 weeks.Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on my video's.To all that have donated to my hospice charity,thank you so much.For those that have not,its not to late.I am taking a long break from you tube.I wish everybody what they want from this year and stay safe debs xx 💎⛰🥾🤗debs xx.

@@debsmostexcellentadventure5353 Lol I was at Kingsbridge for about 2 years, and not a very good boy. Always had the truancy officer after me. After two weeks found me in the place he did not expect, in the local library. Once sunning it in the graveyard. Got the belt several times off me dad for that. Hope your son does better at School than me lol

That must have been gruelling Debs, I can't imagine how you managed this day after day. The walk from Brixham along that path to my house, damn nearly finished me off. Once I got home and sat down, I didn't move out of the chair for over 2 hours. This is one amazing achievement 👏 well done!

Monday when i got back after 8pm,i had that thought,i was like what the hell am i doing i was shattered.But next day i felt better and thought not going to let my dad down,and it turned out monday was the worse day,wensday onwards were killer's but monday has my what the hell am i doing award lol. debs xx

@@debsmostexcellentadventure5353 Walking dead, best description for them. They don't move far from the jobcentre, which most of them attend just around the corner. If you saw the one I did on stealth camping recently, that was the middle of castle road about 200 yards from there.

Hey Debs, firstly apologies for the late watch on this outstanding video. We have both been up the wall with work recently and we wanted to wait until we could do this justice and settle down to watch part 1 and 2 together, which we finally got the chance to do. Wow wow wow! We don't know about only being human Debs, we reckon you are a hiking machine!! Absolutely amazing achievement, and such a great way to not only train for the big event, but bring some much needed exposure to the worthy cause🤩🤩🙌👏. We loved the choice of route you took, no easy flat walking either, and some stunning coastal scenery along the way, you are right it is hard to get bored in the UK, we have so many beautiful places. We honestly can't get over how amazingly well you did, your positive mental attitude is so inspiring. Thank you so much for the lovely shout out, that made our day🥰. This Has taken me 4 weeks of cliff hiking,the first week was heavy rain doing 5 miles a day,the second week 10 miles a day was a mix off heavy rain and wind,the 12 miles and final over 20 miles a day,luckily was sunny.In total i have hiked over 220 miles in 4 weeks.Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on my video's.To all that have donated to my hospice charity,thank you so much.For those that have not,its not to late.I am taking a long break from you tube.I wish everybody what they want from this year and stay safe debs xx 💎⛰🥾🤗debs xx.

I am glad its done part 2 out sunday,i be glad when its done so i can have a rest from you tube.There are a small number of people who i call real friends and your one of them.i find there are alot of fake people on you tube who are all about subs,when i come back going to have a clear out,might lose loads of subs ,but its something im not.i got rid of 2 so called friends who i have known over 2 years,all im going say is friends like that who needs enemys.sorry monday waffle cara.if im ever up your way the drinks are on me.Again thankyou for being my friend means alot to me debs xx 🤗

This Has taken me 4 weeks of cliff hiking,the first week was heavy rain doing 5 miles a day,the second week 10 miles a day was a mix off heavy rain and wind,the 12 miles and final over 20 miles a day,luckily was sunny.In total i have hiked over 220 miles in 4 weeks.Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on my video's.To all that have donated to my hospice charity,thank you so much.For those that have not,its not to late.I am taking a long break from you tube.I wish everybody what they want from this year and stay safe debs xx 💎⛰🥾🤗debs xx.

Big hug,i have just got back from london,its my birthday today,had alot gin.Thank you for this lovely comment,think editing this was ALOT harder than the walk.i had 3 half hour video,then editor says only 2 hours so i trimmed video into 2 hour movie with thursday and friday trimmed.uploaded it and what you see is what got uploaded,alot was missing?Then all week youtube put up my video for processing ,no lie i had 7 copys of the movie.and all week i have been deleting them.Now i have part 2 which is the missing part,that youtube didnt upload?went to knole house in sevonoaks for my birthday🎂with loads deer running free, i loved it there.I be away for awhile now,and again thank you so much for being real for me on you tube,so many are not. Have a lovely weekend my real💎 debs xx ps im glad the hike is over .In that 4 weeks i hiked over 220 miles along the cliffs🥾🤗

Just watched your newest on big tv and we loved it,loved will 's new punky hair,and your bum surfing i nearly spilt my tea i love you 2 so much ,and it means the world to me that you donated.Yes the first day i was like when i got home past 8pm what the hell am i doing??? but after a sleep,i felt alot better and i have done it 5 times total over 100 miles part 2 be out sunday.then i am having a break from you tube for abit.Im proud of what i have done for my dad,wont be doing it again,still got the blister scars it was groundhog day for 5 days running,but i loved the app that tracked me,i be using it when i walk the wight 26 miles in a day. debs xx 🤗

Thank you so much for this lovely comment,yes it was hard,leaving at 9 am and getting home past 8pm,by the third day started to get bleeding blisters and my knee was in alot of pain.im so proud i have done over 100 miles,its up there with staying a month in a tiny tent>im going away from you tube after next week,just wanted to say big thank you for your lovely support debs xx ⛰🥾🤗

That is QUITE the hike Debs!! That staircase 14:22 looked like it was never ending, bet it felt that way too just a bit! 😂 Great work!! Love the beach at the end too!! Can’t wait for Part 2
