Yes I can! The entire city is, as you can see in the walk, lit up and wonderful. There are no wrong places within the central rings to explore for Christmas vibes. Be sure to search out the tiled arcades though. The first tunnel is right next to central station and quite massive. The second you'll find along the main shopping street called De Beurspassage.
