Always love a Brian Shaw video. Proof you don't have to be an Ahole, jerk, or cuss all the time to be strong and powerful. Great info. If you've ever seen some of his videos with the Thomas inch dumbell, then you've seen how strong his grip is.

Totally agree. His strength and size are only surpassed by his good nature and humbleness. I prefer to listen to Brian than someone like CT Fletcher who is always throwing f bombs every 3 words and acting like a total jackass.

I mean I hate them but I really am one of them. I try to be myself but myself is always scared of judging and can't defend himself. And the worst part is that I'm big. I'd say I look like Noel Dyzel but a little smaller AND I've been training for a decade.

You know being from the UK I love Eddie Hall but my all time idols are Brian and BIG Z. I guess I relate more to Brian due to his articulation, honestly though I’m blessed to be alive in this era, I’m sure stronger guys will come along eventually, that’s evolution and nobody can deny that. However, these guys are the foundation on what ALL strength will follow. It’s easy to look and say oh yeah that’s heavy but actually attempting a quarter of the weight you observe in the competitive competition really makes you understand the absolute monsters these specific specimens actually are. It’s inconceivable what they lift and very different from powerlifters, who are in themselves inhuman. Maybe this is a shallow view in the opinion of the masses but I hold Brian, Z, Eddie and many more I haven’t mentioned in the absolute highest regard. Almost super human. Put it this way…Olympic status is regarded as the pinnacle, dependant on beliefs (direct from Gods, in Greek mythology) Irrespective, these modern day Gladiators do more, I have no wish to offend anyone here as this is only my opinion. I place these men higher, the pinnacle of existence and strength, moreover the mental capacity to push what I ever thought was possible. This is my tribute to these men, like combustion vs electric. They will always be my personal favourite I salute you
