A little of the good ole extreme off-road air frying... actually wait, this could be a world first?! Just like extreme off-road crockpotting, you saw it here first folks. I also whip up a few other tasty meals, then hike up Grotto Mountain. Thanks for watching and your support, until next time.

Shooting scenes is very time consuming, editing even more so. Next time you watch a movie, realize that a single scene can usually take 4-5 hours to setup and produce. I'm a retired actor....what becomes a 2 hour movie on the screen can take 45-50 days of filming.

FF, driving whilst air frying- you need to build one of those Gimbel thing in a ships galley. Cookers sit in a Gimbel so whilst cooking and the ship rocks around, the cooking remains "flat".. Very simple to make.

I like the videos. I lived in BC and Alberta a lifetime ago (1980's). Been all over most of both provinces and worked in Ft McFlurry AL at Suncor and Syncrude. Hunted and gold panned all over also. Been to Tumbler Ridge BC and stayed for weeks awaiting repairs to my car. Took the bus to Ft McMurray (fall of 83) and applied for jobs. Stayed in Dawson Creek for a night. Lived in Vancouver BC and Edmonton AL for awhile. Camped/hunted with a buddy from the mountains north of Jasper (AWESOME camping area in a valley surrounded by the Rockies, with tourists on horseback with guides up about 300 meters on the mountain sides) to isolated campsites neat Grand Prairie. Solo hunted grizzly bear (I did not get one and they did not get me but lot's of tracks). Rafted south of Ft Mac WAY off the highway campground and ALMOST did not make it back in one day due to a leak in the raft (repair kit dried out and not working). Seen bobcat and cougar on highway 63 south of Ft Mac. Had a buddy who had a masters degree who worked at a church in Jasper ministering to young people travelling. We went skiing in Jasper and hiked up some mountains there. Decided not to go to the people because it was a 2 day event and too many bears at the base camp site. I am not fond of music in the videos as I constantly have to mute and un-mute, missing some of your discussions.

Make sure you have the front and rear axle lubrication hasn't got water in it after all the submersion. If it looks like a Latte? You'll need to have the wheel bearings checked and re greased, seals changed and new lube oil put in. a blown axle is bad when your out in the back of beyond. Should be checked every time you have your oil changed. Excellent video FF!

You are the most extraordinary, interesting, multi planet species on this earth. You have a rare zest for life, an attention to detail seldom attained on the inter web. I salute your spirit animal. Be careful, when you get that boat stuck you're screwed.

Can't wait for more off road videos like this, especially in other seasons!! Get a winch though, play it safe.

Every time you reach the top I feel so happy for you! So cool to get to see your perspective in life Forest. I am the mother of 4 sons in their 30s and maybe that’s why I feel so proud of you. I hope your parents get to see these videos. Hello and keep up the amazing journey from New Hampsha!

Re-soling the boit is easy (for a cobbler) ... Just a matter of selecting a tread (google) ... Probably can't get exactly the same as the original, unless it's a Vibram...

🧅 I’ve been craving onion rings ever since Forrest made some in the air fryer! My friend thinks I’m bonkers after trying to tell him the story about “Crocky” and her fancy new upgraded replacement with the air fryer attachment. When I told him that Forrest cooks in the van, he just shook his head and tuned me out because he didn’t believe me. Forresty Forrest is a legend in his own time! I come for the hiking and stay for the recipes! Love Ya dude! Stay safe & keep on hiking...🇨🇦🌲🚐

Great videos and always an enjoyable time-out from the grind of the office. One suggestion: when fording a river drive slightly slower and never accelerate. Might get away with it on a van, but "normal" vehicles can experience build-up and flooded engines. It's good to make the safer option a habit.
There are things I haven’t told you... (JUICY Q & A)
