Spent 2 yrs at the Lake Charles AFB 54 to 56 and fell in love with the Cajun music, food, language and culture. It's a part of our Americana inherited from other cultures. This music is akin to our American Jazz as it is part of our culture. Beautiful to listen to.

Eat when people come to Louisiana we invite a man and make him feel real comfortable the Cajun way of life is very simple a lot of love sharing understanding and caring for each other if we have a problem with one another we do not call the authorities we work our problems out amongst ourselves sometimes people think the Cajun people are stupid but most of us had to read have high paying jobs we just love the Cajun way of life
