For anybody watching this video: private Chatter groups are not invite only! You can see them in search results and then ask to join (which must be approved). Unlisted Chatter groups do not show up in search results and are invitation only. Also, in a broadcast chatter group, the owner can make posts, but so can anyone who is added as a manager of the group.

Thank you for your videos Ryan. Unfortunately I couldn't pass the Salesforce Administrator Certification yesterday. That was my first take but still obtained 55.5% of correct answers; your series helped me so much to sort the big amount of information required to get into the Salesforce universe. Productivity & Collaboration section is the one that made me fail the exam. Anyway I plan to dive deeper into this one and retake the exam in the future.

How do you close multiple tasks ?

Are you asking about editing multiple Tasks at once to mark them as Complete or Closed?

Yes would like to know how to close multiple at once to mark as complete if possible.

I would either do it (1) via in line list view editing, (2) export the tasks, update to whatever stays you'd like, and import them back in via data loader to mass edit, or (3) look for an app on the app exchange.
