Create a sample by audio or Midi or if you've got a library of samples, choose one. Transpose to your liking. Duplicate it. LP Filter on the original audio. Automate the filter and resonance however you like. Transpose the other one to whatever sounds right. Either Cut the low end completely with a HP filter OR drop the low end with a Low shelf on the 2nd audio. Group those 2 tracks together Resample the group on a separate audio track.

resampling using live and random manipulation with some vst like GRM tools for example, some times it's shitty but some nice surprise most of the time

Hey LNA, thanks so much for this awesome tutorial very simple, well structured and easy to follow. I'm more of a guitar guy so to be able to learn and apply this stuff for content to play over is awesome. Can wait to see what else you have on your channels as I have some question about recording guitars and delays. Thank you LNA

Awesome videos, thank you for the tips! 3:21 Lets say you wanted to apply the modification to all the other samples, is there a quicker way to do so instead of copy paste the sample ? Thanks :)

"Audio Stuff" is a much better label for what we all do than "Music". People think they know what "music" means, and it gets in the way.

On that second tip, when you are putting samples into the Sampler, what is the use of the samples key it is in? Isn't it automatically assigned to C? Can I change it so that the sample that is in A rests on A? Am I making sense?
@Adoblem
@Adoblem 3 жыл бұрын
if your sample is in A and you drag it into the sampler which is set to C, the sample at the original pitch will play when you hit C (so you'll hear an A). if you want it keytracked normally you'd need to set the sampler root note to your sample note
