Simple lifts, but they seem to work! If I can keep up a mix of these and others I know of, I will be sure to come back here and update on my progress. Today (10/24/2022 at 14:06) is my 2nd day, so I'll update around Thanksgiving. UPDATE: Around a month later (25/11/2022 at 09:35), I've noticed some change in my arm strength! The workout at first was rather difficult to do. However, giving it a month's worth of time, the workout has become easier to complete. I have lifted 10 lbs to start, and did 15 reps of each lift shown here as often as I could, except on Sundays (which are the days I have chosen to take a break from lifting. But I still stretch then). Sadly, in the beginning, I was not consistent at all. I would go a few days in a row not being able to work out due to waking up too late before school. However, I have been more consistent as of this past week, and I have felt changes when lifting things, which now takes me less effort. It's really an amazing feeling and I highly recommend it! I'll see if I can be more consistent for this month until Christmas (25/12/2022). I will also now be doing 20 reps with the same weight. Today was my first day doing that, and I felt somewhat faint by the end of it... so maybe I need to be careful. With that being said, I'll keep doing this, and update on Christmas. I'll see you then. ;)

Aside from some form adaptions, it Might be important to note that you’re gonna wanna gradually use heavier weights as you’re getting stronger otherwise you’re increase in strength is gonna plateau pretty fast.
