@@rivierago I went to central london during the coronation and I did witness history . I also went to Stonehenge, Anfield Stadium in Liverpool and the Cavern Club . I had a great time having tea at Fortnum &Mason .

Hi, there are not many beaches that allow dogs (at least on the French Riviera), but there are some. Here are the ones in our region (that goes beyond the Riviera, all the way to Marseille): gudog.fr/blog/plages-autorisees-aux-chiens-provence-alpes-cote-dazur (It’s a French page, but there’s a map which pretty handy). Generally, from Oct to March you can bring your dogs to the beach almost everywhere and people won’t say anything.

As mentioned before, this is our first visit, just our luck . Some forecasts show sun and rain/clouds, others just cloud and rain. Thought it better to be cheeky and ask the locals.

Hi Stephen, yeah, the weather doesn’t look great these next days… but it also changes a lot, seems to be a difficult situation to forecast right now (thunderstorms etc that may and may not reach the coast). We check the weather a lot since we need good weather for our videos, so we’re in trouble as well 😉, but often it turns out better than predicted. It’s going to be warm, that’s certain. And it might always be nice in the morning and deteriorate in the afternoon. Bring sunscreen and umbrellas! PS: you won’t want to hear it, but we need the rain… we have had hardly any these past 6 months…

Hi! There are parasols and loungers to rent at all the private beaches - but we’ve never seen any of those for rent to bring to the beach on your own… If someone knows more, please let us know!
