Advice for those want muscle-ups If you good at pull ups go for higher pull ups Ex: u can do pull chest to bar clean form aim for 100 reps chest must toch the bar ( first sit you might do 10) then you will go down no worry as long as you toch the bar with your chest few weeks you will find your self doing muscle-ups I have been doing statics for 2 years front lever planch handstand and I did this program I find my self doing muscle ups
