The nice thing about Madeira Canyon is it backs up to Sloan Preservation Area, which I believe is federal land. There can't be any more homes built up there. Also it's about 3-4 degrees cooler in the summer with a bit of the elevation.

I've lived in Anthem before and the 10 minute extra drive to civilization sucks. 7 Hills is where its at. I was fortunate to buy a home there before everything hit the $450 - $500 thousand mark. Inspirada should have been included on this list. 7 Hills should have been #1 as the most expensive home for sale in Nevada is listed there at 32,500,000.

Are there horse properties that are affordable. Close to the VA hospital also. Nice Homes with horse facilities on property. Also interested in 55+ communities in the area..

Anthem country club, macdonald highlands, dragon ridge golf course, lake Las Vegas, - no public schools, suncity anthem - retirement.

You talk about LV being an affordable city and then promote (mostly) luxury homes that only the wealthy can "afford". Try again with areas that include more affordable homes (say $300-500k) for the average wage earner or don't you bother with them people.

This presentation is for the greedy affluent peeps that need a 10,000 sq. ft home to feel important. I'm happy in my little affordable Henderson home with "real" people and not fake people. You avoided some really nice areas under the 500k mark but then again, that is a lower commission for you.🙄🤨
