Great information on the different neighborhoods. You covered the important things, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores. I like the neighborhoods with greenery and some sort of water.

Definitely Summerlin. Lived in the NW part of town previously for a decade. Constant road construction, and "odd" planning and weird zoning. Not to mention, not much out there unless you like Walmart and chain restaurants. One new thing, the new Whole Foods that will open first quarter 2025, Sahara @ Town Center will be a game changer in the west part of town and once that opens will be able to avoid the slowly declining area of West Charleston in which the rot is moving west fast. Was recently at the Fabulous Freddy's car wash Charleston @ Ft Apache and was taken aback at how the clientele had gone down. It was like visiting outside the front gate of Nellis. YUK! As far as Summerlin, I would strongly suggest only part that are west of the Beltway and south of Charleston.

Was in Henderson this weekend looking at homes. Was in the Cadence community I found it to be very busy and based on the construction taking place it will be quite dense. BTW visited Lake Las Vegas, would like to know more about that community. Will check and see if you have a video for that area. Thanks for tips on other communities to explore.
