I used to be a Trinitarian in one of the world’s largest religious denominations for 53 years and taught and raised my own family the same for 18 years. I continued in this teaching right up until the day God had mercy on me and sent me the Holy Spirit who led me into all the truth (John 16:13). What does the Spirit have to say about this? If you have eyes to see and ears to hear, listen: “At that same time Jesus was filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit, and he said, “O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank you for HIDING THESE THINGS FROM THOSE WHO THINK THEMSELVES WISE AND CLEVER, and for REVEALING THEM TO THE CHILDLIKE. Yes, Father, it pleased you to do it this way.” (Luke 10:21) “Truly I tell you,” He said, “unless you change and become like little children, you will NEVER ENTER the kingdom of heaven.” (Matt. 18:3) Now, remember that show, “Are you smarter than a 5th grader”? Anyone here smarter than a 5th grader? Let’s find out. The topic is based on the doctrine of the Trinity. This doctrine declares the Godhead is triune being comprised of Father, Son and Holy Spirit who are “co-equal” with each other and “are all God”. Without being a bible scholar or having to twist scripture, this is really quite simple. Ready to play? Elementary 5th grade reading and basic 2nd grade math show us the truth of this matter; hence being like a child just like our Lord said: Open your Bible, go to the gospel of John and read the following verses for yourself: John 1:1-3. Now do the basic math. How many God beings do you count? 2 or 3? Having established that both the Father and the Son are God from what you just read, now read the following verses: John 5:17, 5:19, 5:20, 5:21, 5:22, 5:23, 5:26, 5:30, 5:36, 8:28, 12:50, 10:30, 14:6, 14:23, 14:28, 15:10, 17:3, 17:5, Rom. 1:1, Rom. 1:27, 1 Cor. 1:3, 1 Cor. 1:9, 1 Cor. 8:6-7, 1 Cor. 15:27-28, 2 Cor. 1:2-3, Eph. 1:2, 5:20, Philip. 1:2, Col. 1:3, 1 Thess. 1:3, 2 Thess. 1:2, Phil. 1:3, Heb. 1:8-13, 1 Peter 1:3, 2 Peter 1:2, 1 John 1:3, 1: John 5:20, 2 John 1:3, 2 John 1:9, Rev. 3:12, 7:10, 21:22-23. Now do the basic math. How many God beings do you count? 2 or 3? Those who consider themselves wise or smarter than a 5th grader, tell me, where in this world does 1 + 1 =3? The Spirit can keep going on with many more verses just like this. If you have the humility to be honest with yourself and what you just read, you will see the plain truth and the trinity doctrine is debunked. If the Holy Spirit was in fact God, why was he left out of all those verses? What happened to being co-equal? Little children truly believe in Santa Claus in all sincerity up until the day they discover the ugly truth of the matter, right? This isn’t any different. Why anyone continue to believe in a lie after the truth has been revealed with the preponderance of overwhelming evidence? Ripping the band aid off hurts, doesn’t it? But, “the truth will set you free” (John 8:32). So now that you have read and seen the truth for yourself, do you still believe in the false trinity doctrine or are you not smarter than a 5th grader? If you failed this test, go to your Bible and read John 8:47. Another biblical fact: Nowhere in the Bible does it say that the Holy Spirit is God. Nowhere! Christ also said, “the Father is greater than I” (John 14:28). Clearly Christ by his very statement said they are NOT co-equal? This totally scotches the doctrine of the trinity that claims the Father, Son and Spirit are co-equal. Who would dare call Christ a liar? Sheer foolishness! How can anyone believe in the false doctrine of the trinity after reading the gospel of John? The gospel of John and other books of the Bible clearly testify that the doctrine of the triune god is a lie (John 1:1-3). The word “trinity” isn’t even written anywhere in the Bible, why would anyone believe it? The world foolishly says about the Spirit of God that he is “God the Spirit”. Christ tells us that “God IS spirit” (John 4:24). Do you see how foolish this is already? Why does God need a Spirit if he already IS spirit? It is the Spirit of God. The word “OF” being paramount as the Spirit belongs to God and Christ; the word “OF” denotes possession/ownership. They own it and they sent it (John 16:15) Don’t know who the Holy Spirit is? Simple, read John 1:51 and Hebrews 1:7, 1:14, and Psalm 104:4. There is our Helper in plain sight yet most are so blinded by the years of false teaching and lies they can’t see the truth. Angel of the Lord, Angel of God, Spirit of God, the Spirit of the Lord, the Spirit = Holy Spirit. Read Hebrews 1:7 and Psalm 104:4. Now go to the Book of Acts and read Acts 2:1-4 (The Coming of the Holy Spirit). This isn’t hard to figure out. Still can’t see? Paul cautioned us about false humility and the worship of angles (Col. 2:18). The Holy Spirit warned John twice in the Book of Revelation that he should not be worshiped (Rev. 19:10, 22:8-9). Let’s really simplify this: If a fallen angel is a demon spirit that belongs to Satan, then an angel of God can only be what? A Holy Spirit because he belongs to God who is holy (Lev. 11:44, 1 Peter 1:16). Think about it, if the Holy Spirit is a single 3rd person of the Godhead, how is it even possible we can we all have it? See how foolish this is already? Do I get the Holy Spirit today and borrow him to you tomorrow? Can you see how foolish this world’s wisdom is. The answer is found again in Matthew 18:10 for it is written: “Beware that you don't look down on any of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven THEIR ANGELS are always in the presence of my heavenly Father.” (Matt. 18:10). The words “their angels” (Holy Spirit) shows ownership. The Holy Spirit for each one of us was not sent until Christ came into his glory (John 7:39). Let the Bible explain itself, it's quite simple and straightforward. The teaching is very simple without having to twist scripture and believe in something that just isn't there like the word “trinity”. Biblical truth is solely based on the word of God. It’s time to unlearn one of the greatest lies of so called “modern Christianity”. Believe in what Christ said and taught. Believe in what is actually and clearly written in the word of God and not in the invented mythology or eisegesis of men. Get this, if you are worshiping the pagan invented god known as the “trinity”, you will never, ever receive the Holy Spirit (Acts 5:32) as you are breaking the 1st Commandment, a spiritual law of God’s coming kingdom. “that their hearts may be encouraged, being KNIT together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, BOTH of the FATHER AND OF CHRIST, IN WHOM are hidden ALL the treasures of WISDOM and KNOWLEDGE.” (Col. 2:2-3 NKJV). Whom has ALL the treasures of wisdom and knowledge as you just read? The Father and Christ. Again, how many God beings do you count? 2 or 3? Lay down your pride and what you think you know about God and the Bible and unlearn the lies. Repent and let God through the Holy Spirit teach you. Unless you become like a child, you will never enter the Kingdom of God. Forget what you think you know as the Lord has sent me to reveal the simplicity of his teaching in spirit and truth. Finally, let’s read Proverbs 30:4 together: “Who has ascended into heaven, or descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is HIS name, and what is HIS SON’S name, If you know? One more time, how many God beings do you count? 2 or 3? Still don’t believe it? Let’s read the following: “Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him. DO NOT ADD TO HIS WORD, Lest He rebuke you, and you be found a liar.” (Prov. 30:5-6) FACT: The word “trinity” isn’t found anywhere in the Bible as it is “added” to His word. So now ask yourself, who is the liar? If today you hear his voice, harden not your heart! Repent for the Kingdom of God is near!

Love that, Job 11:7 that part of the verse where God is asking Job Can you discover everything about the Almighty "?!So Powerful and so true. Our finite brains can't wrap our thoughts around God being in 3 person's. This is probably the best short explanation that I've ever seen. I don't use short in a negative way by any means. The 4th point was perfect, I have never seen that said yet that when they took up stones to Stone him Jesus said hey wait a minute you misunderstood. Again, Excellent! I still to this day at the same time know that the Trinity is true but can't fully understand it. God is Too Magnificent to understand. Sorry, but I failed to see anything in those three bible texts that substantiate the claim that 'The idea of God being three in one" is a bible teaching? I am still waiting for ONE bible verse that simply says "There is One God in three persons'. Please help me!

This is an excellent presentation . I came to see that God the Father , Jesus Christ , and the Holy Spirit exist eternally and are in unity with one another .I was a Onenees Pentecostal for 15 years until what was truly in the Bible caught up with me . Many professing Christians reject the doctrine of the Trinity because they are too lazy to search the Scriptures and spend time analyzing what is in Scripture . Anyone who cannot see the distinction of God the Father , Jesus Christ , and the Holy Spirit at the Baptism of the Son of God , is choosing to accept the heresy of God being 3 manifestations of Jesus Christ . There are no verses of Scripture which prove that Jesus Christ is 3 manifestation of God . In many places in the world , true Bible believing Christians believe in the doctrine of the Trinity , and they influence their community enough , so that Oneness Pentecostals are limited in their ability to convert peoplel . In my local area of Humboldt County , California , there is only one Oneness Pentecosttal congregation that is a considerable size , probably somewhere over 500 people counting the children and non member attenders .There are 2 small Oneness Pentecosta congregation which will not be very likely to exceed 100 people . People talk about having a great revival in Norhern California but I have seen no reason to believe that this part of Northern California is going to have a great revival . God is not going to send a rfevival of people accepting the Oneness doctrine also known as the Jesus Only doctrine .

The Trinity in Ancient Paganism Not only did Christians take the belief of Jesus’ divinity and God’s incarnation from the idolatrous, but they also took their belief in the Trinity. To prove that, we will review the ancient pagan nations’ history that was before the time of Jesus (PBUH). History proves that many of the idolatrous believed in the Trinity before Christians, and what the Christians say about the Trinity was taken from these nations with little alteration in the Trinity hypostasis, by changing the names of the idolatrous Trinity. The belief of the triple god existed four thousand years before the birth of Christ (PBUH). The Babylonians believed in it, when they divided the gods into three groups, (the god of sky, the god of earth, and the god of sea).

After explaining how we should understand the Trinity, the first argument retreats into the area of mystery and how we cannot know God. Yet, throughout the Bible, God reveals himself in ways that we can understand : He is a King; a law giver; a judge. But nowhere does he ever present the idea that he is triune . There is no scripture that says God is one in being but three in person. We find neither Jesus nor his Apostles correcting the Jews and articulating this new understanding. Next, we have the Shema (Deut6 :4), the cornerstone of the Jewish faith which is unitarian and not Trinitarian. This is sidestepped and we are taken to the baptism of Jesus in Mat 3, where we are told not to confuse the distinct 'persons'. The passage certainly differentiates between God and Jesus, but nowhere suggests they are the one being. Thr Trinity is simple read into this passage by its supporters. We then move on to the famous 'I am' argument that says nothing about Trinitarianism, as even supporters admit this is Jesus supposedly claiming to be or to be equal to God. (But there is no mention of the Holy Spirit in this passage). There are some groups who believe in the 'deity' of Jesus but who do not believe in the Trinity. Indeed, there are many other expanations of this verse, none of which require a Trinity. Finally, we are taken to 1Pet 1 :2. However, this verse simply mentions God the father, the spirit and Jesus. It says nothing about them being one being. Indeed, the very next verse, v3, actually undernines the doctrine of the Trinity as it clearly describes one as the God of the other. No equal;ity here. The truth is simple. The doctrine of the Trinity was unknown to Bible writers and is post-apostolic.

Only 1 problem with that diagram. 2 Cor. 3:17-18 says the Lord is the Spirit. Twice!

Job 11:17, It is strange to me that a Trinitarian would cite this verse when that is what they attempted to do in the councils of the church starting in 325 CE. The Church came together, as not in agreement, and argued what was true about God. Deuteronomy 6:4 does indeed state that there is only one God. But who specifically does this verse apply to. There is only one God, and there is only one Rock. There Is No Other God Isaiah 44:6 “Thus says the Lord, the King of Israel, And his Redeemer, the Lord of hosts: ‘I am the First and I am the Last; Besides Me there is no God. 7 And who can proclaim as I do? Then let him declare it and set it in order for Me, Since I appointed the ancient people. And the things that are coming and shall come, Let them show these to them. 8 Do not fear, nor be afraid; Have I not told you from that time, and declared it? You are My witnesses. Is there a God besides Me? Indeed there is no other Rock; I know not one.’ ” The question is who is the Rock? The answer: 1 Corinthians 10:1 Moreover, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware that all our fathers were under the cloud, all passed through the sea, 2 all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, 3 all ate the same spiritual food, 4 and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ. The Rock is Christ. Therefore, the Shema of Israel is only about Christ. The whole Bible is telling us the it is about Christ our Lord God and Savior to the glory of His God and Father. John 5:39 You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me. 40 But you are not willing to come to Me that you may have life. There is no Trinity! Matthew 3:16-17 is not a proof text for the Trinity. According to John 8:58, Christ said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.” What is the true understanding of this statement? 1) Christ just told the Jews that He was their God. 2) "I AM" means YAH, which is what the Lord told Moses (Exodus 3:13-15). 3) Christ preexisted before His incarnation. 1 Peter 1:2, "...elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ..." Again not a proof text for the Trinity. Most nontrinitarians believe in the Father and His Holy Spirit that comes to us through the Son.

AND, with respect----There are NOT "3 PERSONS," Who are, "Equal!" No matter HOW you try to DENY that as a description of 3 GODS, you ARE, in fact, defining.....3 GODS!! There IS but ONE Literal, Almighty HOLY SPIRIT-----That would be, GOD the FATHER!

The word trinity is a modern day description of the God head. 3 in one. John1:1-3. The word was God and the word was with God and the word became flesh. Jesus had the spirit of God filled in him and with him. Once Jesus rose from the grave and the Holy Spirit descended then Jesus became Christ seated at the right hand of God. We r made in his image by us having a body and a spirit also being who we r as a person. Titles… u r a son one day will have children and be a father yet have a spirit. 3 in one. Even this presentation is defective. God is NOT ‘3 Persons in One God’?! God is NOT a mathematical set. God is Reality in the absolute sense (Reality that is not a concept, a principle or a mathematical equation but is Personal, specifically, Tri-Personal - Father, Son and Holy Spirit). The Son, as the Second of the Three Persons, is the Son of the First Person [the Father] but is absolutely NOT ‘God’s son’ otherwise the Messiah/Christ cannot possibly be Emmanuel - God with us (Matt.1:22-23)?! Secondly, whilst the Messiah declared that ‘Before Abraham was, I AM’ (Jn.8:58) what was said was true ONLY of the Messiah as Divine [YHWH (Ex.3:14)] rather than the Messiah as human [Jesus of Nazareth (Jn.14:28)] since a finite human creature is NOT capable of Existing the way that the Infinite and Eternal Divine Creator Exists?! To say that Jesus existed before Abraham is nothing short of imbecilic but all Christians still say it (without thinking)?! Thirdly, God the Son did NOT die on the cross because Divinity is incapable of experiencing death [If death is separation from LIFE and God Himself is LIFE (Jn.14:6) then where does God go when He dies?! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️] This is why God is by NATURE Immortal and why God HAD to incarnate as a HUMAN in order to experience death (i.e. separation from God). Trinity is from Rome. God is not a person God is a spirit. Trinity is not biblical....

Do you believe that Almighty God is immortal? Do you understand what the word immortal means? It means that it cannot die! Did Jesus die? Yes! Did Jesus need to be resurrected in order to live again? Who resurrected Jesus? Almighty God did! Acts 2:24! Imagine what Satan and the demons would have done if the Almighty God was in the grave for three days? Jesus is the Son of God, not God Almighty! John 8:32 "and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free." If the Trinity is a mystery, then we can't be said to "know" or "understand" it! The Trinity is a pagan doctrine! Research origin of the Trinity!

Jesus told you to worship one God. Jesus never claimed divinity, and he never told anyone to worship him. There is none to be worshipped, except Allah, the one true God.

Deut 6:4, the Shema, is the foundation of the Jewish faith which is Unitarian , not trinitarian. Did God forget to tell Moses and the prophets he was a Trinity? The baptism of Jesus only tells us that God is our heavenly father and that he sent his spirit to rest upon Jesus. It says nothing about God exosting as one being but three persons. In John 8 :58 can be explained without a trinitarian spin. Are we seriously claiming that Jesus was claiming to be either The God of Israel or the entire Trinity ? The preceeding verses show that Jesus was claiming to be from God, not to be God. The final scripture simply mentions God, the Father, his spirit and the Son. The verse says nothing about the three being one being/nature. In fact, there is no scripture that says God exists as kne being/ nature but three persons. Indeed, many standard reference works and works by Christian scholars freely admit that the doctrine of the Tronity is p[ost-apostolic in origin. Compare the verses cited with the overwhelming hundreds of scriptures that differentiate Jesus from God.

Are you a catholic? I also do not believe that the Apostles taught the trinity. Yeshua did not teach the trinity.n The abomination of the catholic teaches on the trinity. Or your the catholics your brothers in Messiah too.

When you decide to listen to Jesus' words, rather than to the nonsense of Nicaea, then there is no doubt that: 1. Jesus is ONLY WITH THE FATHER, it's reiterated by Him 50 times (!!) through the four gospels, 2. Jesus surely also states that the FATHER IS A SPIRIT (Jn. 4:23,24) 3. Since NOBODY ELSE IS THERE, this means that the Holy SPIRIT - who is with Jesus - can only be "the Father who is a SPIRIT", they are NOT TWO DIFFERENT SPIRITS! The "Father who is a spirit" is sometimes called "Holy Father" by Jesus, sometimes "Holy Spirit" according to circumstances: they are just TWO EQUIVALENT NAMES. (You get a confirmation of that from the speech about the two blasphemies, where the second one is of course directed to the Father: He is called "Holy Spirit" by Jesus.) 4. The Comforter CANNOT BE THE HOLY SPIRIT because he has NOTHING TO DO with Jesus' life. Jesus is ONLY with the Father, thus not with the Comforter. It's clear that verse 14:26 of John's has been TAMPERED WITH by a trinitarian supporter: three words, "ho hagios pneuma" (the Holy Spirit) have been added to it, after the word "The Comforter." 5. From what above, it's clear that JESUS IS ONLY WITH THE FATHER, WHO IS A SPIRIT. NO DOUBT ABOUT IT !!! 6. Furthermore, being a "spirit" means that the FATHER is actually MISSING, nobody is here. This is why JESUS IS THE KING OF HEAVEN, not God. In fact Jesus sits in heaven next to the POWER, not next to God. The baptismal formula includes both the names "Father" and "Holy Spirit". The first ONE refers to the Father who is NOT A SPIRIT. About Him Jesus says "the world has not known you" (Jn. 17, 24-26), thus "nobody has seen God at any time" .
