I do 3 exercise for calves 1. standing calf raise with weight 2. Seated calf raise with weight 3. Weighted feet raise for tibialis anterior I repeat it twice a week 😅

Hamare gym mein jo sitted calf raise hai voh ajeeb hainusse use krne pe pair mein injury ka darr rehta hai toh kya karoon uske liye toh kya alternate hainuska kyunki standing smith pe calf raise toh ho jata hainsitte ke liye kya karoon .

Haan front exercise i always neglect.. I will definitely integrate in my leg workouts.. Problem is get so tired after 4-5 different exercises, hardly manage calves in it..

Sir❤ please make a video on 1) why supplement companies make whole multivitamin package? Some vitamins that should not be taken together, or have dosage limitations, include vitamin C with vitamin B-12, vitamin A supplement with vitamin A-rich foods, folic acid (vitamin B9) and vitamin B12, and vitamin E with vitamin K, they conflicts each other absorption or make digest uncomfortable. 2) Not take more than 30g protein at one time its further more its useless? - sir ❤ its a myth or have some scientific research explanation.
