Okay so: once upon a broken heart is one of my favourite books. I read it before I read caraval and I definitely think it's better if not just because Jacks is more the focus of the story. Some find Evangeline to be dumb or boring. I just think that she's all of us in a world like that. I'm soooo excited for the sequel! Also yes your edition is the UK one as is mine. (It's a lot more detailed than the US one)

Once upon a broken heart is actually the second series in the universe the author made. The first is the Caraval series which I also loved! Very luscious and sweet writing and the first series is about two sisters which I adored. I plan to read Once upon a broken heart this month!☺️ enjoy Paris!☀️
