Nice house! A word of warning to any expat that rents a 5 bedroom house. If you have a GF or a wife you better be prepared for her whole Filipina family to move in with you. Afterall you are sure going to have enough bedrooms. Since Filipino's are use to living in small spaces together that would be 3 to 4 per room. So by my calculations that adds up to 15 to 20 people. That's enough people to have a big karaoke party every night of the week! One things for sure you won't die lonely! Just make sure you have the monthly budget to feed the whole family. LOL

@@TooMuchTimeonmyHands65 I got that warning from a friend of mine who has lived in Davao City with his Filipina for the past 15 years. He has a big house and it's filled to the brim! LOL I live alone here in southern California. When you are old and divorced like me life can be lonely. in America. I'm part of the invisible older generation. He said if you have a big house in the Phils with a GF expect it to fill up fast! LOL

It's a beautiful house and certainly worth the money if you have a large family. If I can make one remark: I would never place a fridge next to the stove, because it will have to work overtime to keep cool. That being said: I love it!

I live in rural Michigan usa. A nice 2 br, 1 ba. Apartment runs $750+ (41,600php) utilities, unfurnished, no appliances

The Philippines is very strange when it comes to home building..I have been trying to rent a home for the end of May. I search online for different places and I see so many 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom...that makes no sense. A 5 bedroom home should have 4 bathroom..and a 4 bedroom house should have 3 bathrooms...this is a good house and a good price

The reason for so many 2, 3, 4 bedrooms is because the guys girl had kids and the relationship didn't work. Samething in Quezon, Pasay, Manilla, Cebu, IT Park and other areas. Guys are leaving because they are getting disappointed.

Nice i got a 4bdrm 2 bath on the beach in samar but bud the whole family slowley move in they start with one the more ease in so be careful i threw them out but when i go back to seattle they move in again, and if you have a car and tske the key home they know how to hot wire so be carefull

Residential land in the Dumaguete area is as high as 3500 PHP per square meter….it’s definitely NOT 1975 anymore

US over pricing is creeping slowly but surely. not worth it for the location. Comment will get blocked for this but only worth max 20k to a foreigner. Anything over 20k look to the ocean side.

Why would I block you for your opinion? You have obviously NOT been to the Dumaguete area by this ridiculous comment 😂. If you had, you would know what the going rate is. Sounds like you’re looking for something on Mindanao or far away in a province. BTW…the house sold 😉
