I enjoyed the Iron Fist series, but I thought it got pretty tiring listening to the main character refer to himself in the third person over and over 'I am the iron fist' Yeah, we know, enough already with the exposition! Lol. Shane's extended fight scene'Trigger' was well put together, just maybe next time skip out on the whole 'Help me. Mario!' kidnapped love scenario. So many movies are based around that. Why not a bar brawl, or just some guy in the wrong place at the wrong time?

Really good Shane! I’ve never hit any bag with gloves on before, but every style trains differently I guess :) one big kicking mistake I’ve noticed from taekwondo students, is they like when the bag moves back, so often they push the bag and sacrifice good form. Instead of having a thrusting or snapping motion, they will often push the bag. 🤔 maybe I should make a video on that?

sometimes I'll painfully hyper extend limbs when the bag moves from combos or if I miss a big shot... seems like bringing the elbow out instead of keeping it in textbook style while punching seems more powerfull... seems like when the bag is josseled around after a multiple hit combo injury occurs after the initial strykes start moving and spinning the bag every where.... hard time snapping punches back (my friends say it's because bad habits from karate?) can you leave a strike out there instead of snapping it back baiting the opponent for a luckily predicted correct counter strike? having a REALLY hard time utilizing the two knuckles in hooks and over hands without pain at the elbow .... hard time learning over hand... and sometimes arm baring myself in spinning backfist.... or Bas's left hook style clothesline.... THANKS SO MUCH COACH, sorry to BLAB on, BLESS you and your family
