However, there are some exceptionally beautiful visuals who are no less stunning but have yet to receive the recognition they deserve, just because their acts are not as famous as the others.

I think TC candler is not about an specific beauty standard, but a more global or heterogeneous point of view. I particularly find these people pretty but not jaw dropping beautiful. For example Lisa doesn't fit with the Korean beauty standards, but globally she's described as a living Barbie doll; Wonho also doesn't fit with the standards, but men and women around the world appreciate their visuals and fit body. Beauty is relative.

Dreamcatcher's JiU is another idol that ticks almost if not all of the Kbeauty standard boxes. Even got to top 10 in YG's MIXNINE until the company withdrew the members from the show due to their tour in Brazil (blessing in disguise). Visual charts when it comes to Kpop is literally "Who's popular AND good looking", not really "Who ticks all the boxes the most when it comes to beauty", and I have a feeling that's either because there are so many contenders due to the massive number of idols and idol groups out there, or because the people running them are too lazy to research. In my opinion, it's both. Also wanted to add that SuA and Yoohyeon are two other visuals which are highly underrated in DC and suit Korean beauty standards well.

@@veen-a2092 I'm happy for her because she's beginning to get the recognition for her visuals that she deserves, however just because she's being noticed by Forbes, she's still unnoticed when it comes to general Kpop fans, and only recently got noticed despite being active for 7 years in the industry. Same goes for the rest of DC. They're pioneers of that darker concept for GGs, their execution is amazing and every member has the ability to sing, rap and dance fluently, along with great personalities and visuals (clearly), yet they're rarely ever mentioned generally. Happy that it's slowly changing but still.

And also they don't even go to a lot of year end award shows like meet use them so much for kcon and everything behind the scenes but never called them for award function they only went to mama in 2018 and that's it after that they just went in shadows for the big and popular award shows

Dude what are you even talking about? Younghoon has been praised and voted as one of the prettiest idols since the beginning. Media, fans, and even the general public chose him as the next visual of kpop. He even beat Eunwoo with a top visual award and was voted along him (and Minhyuk) as one of the top 3 idol visuals

I personally prefer Jinsoul over Heejin, screw the Korean beauty standard checkmarks. Also, don't worry too much about TC Candler or whatever it is called. It is just a popularity contest, especially if they rank Pewdiepie as most handsome in world. It's clear the whole thing values popularity above all else.
