I think I finally understand this channel. It infuriates me to see mistakes I've personally made while cooking in the past, and fully knowing how to correct them. But instead we have to sit and watch the horror unfold. Its like some form of torture you can't look away from.

for your brioche, egg wash with a whole egg beaten well with like 2tbsp water. You can egg wash multiple times for a more consistent finish
