Dynamite is used when a character like Bulla can't release energy attacks, you can see the Dynamite animation if that units throws rocks or something that isn't related to energy blasts

VB's Ult is OP I didn't even have it zenakì and his ult 1 shot my friends frieza that he didn't pull out the entire match and he said "Frieza will tank this" but that moment Vegito Blue EVISCERATED frieza I was aiming to get it zenkai

Well it was already implemented in the game for a long time ago. Like for example, characters that cannot use ki blast throws a dynamite, and a another example is characters rhat cant fly uses a jetpack
