I built my first one out of a 10 ft round trampoline frame lol. 8 poles to mace up the circle and apart the transition looked pretty good. So 4 curved poles each end for the skeleton then I just dyna bolted square tube to the garage floor to join bottoms of poles. Screwed the 10 ft slats 6 inches apart to screw ply wood to haha🤷 it worked but afterwards I looked into how to actually build one and laughed my ass off. 5000 screws ended up going into it lol

Love these ramp build videos My first carpentry gig was building ramps about 35 years ago. Alot of great info you present here. The hammer claw push/pull trick is priceless, works with nails also, and can be used to align lots of stuff, including much bigger structures, and great for untweeking bowed lumber 🔥

The magic Stick ideas such a great idea. do you guys know if I were to cut skatelite at the bottom of a ramp at a 45° angle to replace a steel plate would work? I'd like to reduce the noise pollution for my neighbors

You have any tips for how long the flat bottom of a mini ramp should be? Is there some proportion of height to length ratio you do?
