Today I am sharing 5 dump bag meal ideas with you. I am meal prepping for the next 5 days so that I don't have to think about dinners Monday - Friday while we are busy with school clubs and homework. This is a great way to save time during the weeks and to make your life a lot easier and more organised :)

1 Tin Baked Beans
3 Tsp Smoked Paprika

PASTA SAUCE:
2 tbsp Diced Onion
1 tsp Minced Garlic
2 Diced Peppers
1 Veg Stock Cube
1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 Tin Water
1 tsp Lea & Perrins
1 tsp Soy Sauce

LAMB BOLOGNESE:
2 tbsp Diced Onion
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 Veg Stock Cube
500g Lamb Mince
1 Tin Black Beans
1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 Tin Water
1 tsp Lea & Perrins
1 tsp Soy Sauce
