Hey ! Great video! When I go to Export from the Desktop Studio to make a file (for KZfaq) what’s the best export settings? It gives 5760x2880 and 200 MBPS and h.264 what’s the best quality? Should I lower the MBPS and/or change to h.265 for best quality and playback smoothness? Thanks in advance!

I have tried this so many times , when I select the story on my iPhone it may pick 2 out of 8 wall type shots if some time I may get 3 then it tells me it can not do it with these video's Ive had the camera since July and still cant get them Ive done the lightning shots great the fast walk with and without lightening, recently I purposely drove round to 5 waterfalls trying hoping for the shot and nothing sob sob sniff, I can edit and do one at a time but cannot do the 6 at a time. Thanks for sharing I watch all you vudeo's and try to copy most of them, Ray K UK YNWA.

Nice upload/summary. I'm holding off a purchase until I have a bit more confidence about fogging concerns on the 360 lenses. Could you reassure people about that ? Any mitigating action that one can take ? Shame to use the camera on the day, only to find the footage compromised. A vlog about this/other issues would be extremely interesting & surely good for sales.

Hey Graeme, Hannah here :) Very valid point! In what circumstances are you worried about fogging? If it's about underwater shots then with the dive case we supply anti-fog strips which help to combat this issue. If that's not your concern then let me know and we can discuss it further. Always here to help :)

@@insta360 Thanks for replying ! I joined the Facebook inst360 one R group. Tami Brown, Kim G. Wermus & Trevor Barone both have reported issues right out of the box i.e. They haven't gone anywhere near water/rain. Now I don't mind if that's a rare occurrence, but perhaps a reply on that group might be in order. PS what is the difference in length/strength of your selfie sticks ? I'm looking for something strong & long for sailing/flying footage. The carbon stick on the INSTA360 store has been out of stock since February. I'd love to make a purchase.....I'm hesitant to purchase a very new product that might have a few teething issues.

Thanks for the video. I took 6 clips the same way per instructions but when using the Time Flip story it only took 1 clip and when I chose the other clips in the App it said "No valid clips found" . What did I do wrong?

Estaría muy bien si os acordárais de vuestra comunidad hispano-hablante y tradujérais el software de la cámara y el de Windows a español. Y ya sería un detalle hacer estos videos también traducidos aunque sea con subtítulos... De verdad no entiendo como no incluís más idiomas europeos en el software de vuestra cámara... No creo que eso os suponga demasiado esfuerzo. Un saludo.

It really comes down to MORE LIGHT. Overcast skies can definitely affect the grainy looking quality.

Android app crashes a lot, also it would be nice to be able to turn WiFi off to save some battery on the one R but I haven't found any settings for that

Nice tricks! They should consider adding this posibilities to the Premiere Pro as a plugin or something, I know there is a basic plugin but it is just to view the plain 360 footage inside Premiere, not with the cool editing stuff from the app or the Studio, I find it a bit painful to editing normal video alongside with insta360 videos, it would be much easier if it can be integrated and not so separated... but I don't see that happening anytime soon... seems insta360 is only thinking about smartphone people and not editors...

Hey buddy, Hannah here! Currently, this AI feature is only supported for One R however, you can execute this manually with One X. I personally have never done it, however, if you hop onto our Facebook community there are many avid one X users there who may be able to offer their personal tips: facebook.com/groups/Insta360Community/

Hi to say, it looks cool. However, when I tried this, my HEAD looks enormous and horrible. LOL!! It's not flattering at all. I don't like that the squeezed and tiny earth thing. Again, that's not flattering but many might find it cute. Thanks for sharing. I am not sure if I want or need my Insta360 since I am not fully excited with all of the feature (results) output.

There’s a typo in your video. 😅😊 I just noticed it. In your description you wrote @ihannahwilson for Instagram, but on your video it spells: ihannawilson. It’s a simple spelling mistake I know, but it’s worth pointing out cause I couldn’t find your page on Instagram until I looked at the description in the video of the correct spelling. 😅😅😊
