On my 5th padel session and coming from Golf, I found that your videos makes more sense to beginners since you really explain in basic terms.

For example, in my last lesson the teacher tried to teach me that #5 point, he told me not to bring racket up but did not simulate in the movement in detail like you did

Very useful tips. I'm struggling with the feeling like i'm always behind/late when the shot comesfrom the opponent, so I always have to run. I'm playing a tournament tonight and will try to implement the side steps. Thank you for explaining in a very good way. ❤

Nice vid. I'd also recommend doing lunges as part of a workout routine. Gives you great flexibility and mobility. In padel you are always lunging
