👌 How to work with my video lessons? At first watch it and repeat all Russian sentences out loud and record yourself to check your pronunciation. After watching put down all sentences you can remember. Watch the video again in 5-6 hours and correct the mistakes in your sentences if you have any. Do the homework that I usually give at the end of each lesson. Watch the video again in 2 days and make your own examples with the patterns used.

Retelling новое слово для меня и тут же догадался сам что это пересказ теллинг) Стив Кофман и другие полиглоты также советуют ежедневно write down on paper something especially own thought. I use ChatGPT. First at all I text myself and then see correct version that ChatGPT have gave me.

Ещё я прошу ChatGPT переводить мне на английский те мысли свои что я думаю, что бы думать их на английском. Если у Вас есть реактивная реакция то это может быть очень полезным как для избавления от реактивной реакции так и для изучения нового языка. Мне так кажется.

Это общий совет для всех языков. Упрощать УПРОЩАТЬ. Я учу английский и мне также советуют упрощать то что я хочу сказать.

Hi Alfia, I'd like to know your thoughts on language pedagogy. I've heard strong arguments that for time invested, it's more important to learn the first 1000 words of a language (be able to translate them from native to nonnative language), understand basic grammar and get substantial listening/watching time (200-400 hours on lingopie, for example).

Извините что отвечаю за Альфию. Просто мое мнение. Начинать надо как бы с середины как Стив Кофман рекомендует, и парня на с канала Энциклопедии также. Не сначала грамматика, а потом речь, а наоборот. Имея уже определённый запас вырученных фраз можно обратить своё внимание на грамматику.

I need to ask. As a foreigner who wants his Russian ‘speaking’ to sound more natural, is it better for me to say ‘я хочу улучшить моё говорения’. ‘Я хочу улучшить мой говор’ или ‘я хочу улучшить мою речь’ ?

You need to say "Я хочу улучшить моё говорение" - it is a neuter noun. "Говор" refers more to the way you speak, your accent and manner. "Речь" can refer to a physical ability to speak or to the level of speaking. For example, if I'm an actress or a journalist, моя речь должна быть ясной и грамотной. So, говорение works better in your case. Hope, that helped 🙂

У Вас очень дельные советы, но боюсь для англофонов изучающих русский Вы звучите как Стив Кофман дающий дельные рекомендации для изучения нового языка на английском же. Я сейчас понимаю английский не лучше россиянина украинский - слова вроде все понятные, а в правильный смысл их сложить не получается.
