When I saw Jeff Bridges play the part of the severely alcoholic country singer, I knew I had just watched that year's best actor winner, and he so deservedly won. Well, you’re right Hugh didn’t leave Deborah, she filed first if I remember correctly. I think she married a sexy younger man and now he has aged and maybe not so exciting anymore. Seems to me like he is the faithful type and a not a roamer, but I guess she wanted something else. Who knows. People get bored and think they will move on to something more exciting, but to me knowing your spouse is your best friend and will weather out the tough times is a top priority. It’s not always gonna be thrilling. Who knows though…we weren’t a part of the decision
