Thank you so much for your advice. That's my number 1 bad habit is that I'm too wordy. A lot of my other co- workers that are nurses say in my charting for example that I don't need to over do it because it might get me in trouble. Just to keep it short and sweet. I'm a newbie LVN and I get so scared and nervous when I hear other nurses say ,"well thats your license" or "that's your license on the line" so if I don't feel comfortable with something, I'm not bound to do that action. If has been challenging as of recently, I've been working for 8 months at my new facility, I love it, I just want to know what I'm doing for certain situations with out having to feel this anxiety. Nurses also need to be careful about *remaining silent* during examinations when they observe misconduct by the physician. When both the doctor and the nurse are female and the patient is a naked male, the naked male patient is actually the vulnerable one in the room. 🥼👩🏼‍⚕️ 🛌 📝👩🏽‍⚕️

It's probably best to not go near the Board. Just exchange correspondences through certified mail or FedEx. If you're a Sovereign Citizen they don't have jurisdiction. ( they think they do but they don't )
