After attending 21 days yoga challenge I (regular yoga sadhaka) have made changes in my diet. I am feeling lighter, more energetic, also my asana practice has improved..I am more stable in asana.. स्थिरम् सुखम् आसनम्|| Thanks so much Radhika ma'am ❤

I practice all except under the sun....due to my work enter before sun back home after sunset, that means I practice 4/5. Best wishes from Malaysia 💝💝💝

I'm currently doing 3 of these. sleeping, spending time under the sun, and a disciplined routine. And working on healthy relations and hope I'll correct my eating habit too.

So sweet.. Do one thing also ki kon konse exercise hai jo aapke body ko healthy bhi rakhe aur fat nahi hone de specially for students who has 7/8 hrs to study and unable to take long walk and proper exercise. If you really read comments and make vids as per the demand so please make this also.
