After attending 21 days yoga challenge I (regular yoga sadhaka) have made changes in my diet. I am feeling lighter, more energetic, also my asana practice has improved..I am more stable in asana.. स्थिरम् सुखम् आसनम्|| Thanks so much Radhika ma'am ❤
