Some awesome weapons right here, but I refuse to use anything else than Milky Way tech! I won't sink so low to use peasant kett equipment.

The only gun I use is PAW Remnant Assault Rifle, rapidly fires max accuracy beams with almost no recoil and has unlimited ammo with very high damage and large clip size.

Love the Valkyrie rifle. 2 shot burst, HIGH dmg per shot, lots of ammo, great accuarcy (I snipe with it) and good rate of fire.

Whats wrong with the Sidewider? It is possibly my favorite gun in the game, though I do have a weakness for revolver style weapons.

Remnant Sweeper Assault rifle with homing plasma augment, its on heatsinks so no need to pick up ammo crates, and you can hit anything, even things in cover. what else do you really need? (also use heat infusion ammo augment for that bonus damage)

The gun I use most is the N7 Eagle Pistol. It's pretty good. The gun is fully automatic.

Before I get into my loadout, here's a tip that took me half the game to realize, for those that don't know. When you dismantle a weapon or armor that you crafted, you get all of the augments back along with a portion of the spent resources. This is especially helpful when you want to build weapons to test (for weird augments that are N7 rarity). Here's my current loadout: Piranha with vintage clip, dual mod addition, kinetic in last 3 slots. P.A.W. with seeking plasma, dual mod addition, kinetic, kinetic, tech dmg. This is my melt targets gun. I use it in mid-semi close range and when my sweeper is cooling (swapping remnant weapons is faster than waiting for the cooling period) Sweeper with dual mod addition, kinetic in last 3 slots. Probably my favorite gun, shame it's only a gold. It would be really nasty with 5 augments. Black Widow with seeker plasma, dual mods, and 3 kinetic. I'm still not completely sure how I feel about this Rifle. It hits like a train (800+ dmg with augs and mods) and has a 3 round "clip" but the plasma rounds move slow, and worse still, they track to center mass instead of where you aim on the target. I'm probably going to scrap this one and make an Isharay with dual mods and max kinetic. Keep in mind that I've got the extra augment slot unlocked through cryo points so I've got 5 augment slots on N7 rank weapons, 4 slots on gold, 3 on silver, and 2 on bronze.

I almost exclusively use the isharay. Only one shot per clip, but it's usually all you need. It packs enormous punch in that one bullet.

DAHN do not have 10 ammo capacity

Isharay with vintage heatsink, if you're accurate with headshots and max out sniper tree that thing can 1 shot a lot of enemies. Added bonus of no need to search for ammo in between fights. P.A.W with tech based mods was a great go to weapon as an engineer. It cuts through armour with ease as its fire based and with ammo mods it lasts a long time before recharges

the Piranha looks so brutal, perfect fit for my soldier playthru. i run isharay on my agent playthru but i miss too many shots. should enroll in the stormtroopers. the ushior is a beast and with a scope mod it makes for a great back up for the sniper rifle

remnant paw with plasma bolt seekers. never run out of ammo and you can blind fire from cover, and still hit anything. takes getting used to, but essentially hip fire forever. include clip increasing mods with penetration and damage increase.

P.A.W Remanant Rifle with homing plasma mod ..you will never need anything else ever again. It's an energy weapon (no ammo needed) with 37 shots before over heating (and a really short cooldown even if overheated), with 600 fire rate if I remember right. It looks like firing a swarm of angry little energy bees that track down and decimate you target. It just eats them alive and all you have to do is hold the fire button for like 2 seconds (precise targeting not required, just aim in the general direction)

*M8 AVENGER* or _gtfo_

i love the widow sniper 1 or 2 shoots depends on the target if it has a shield and the mag is 4 but can get 5 or more with mods and upgrades

Sandstorm and Phalanx are my two favorites so far. I use the Hurricane too, but I'm not usually in the right scenarios to use it effectively

Sandstorm with heatsink and double modslot. Gets you a powerful DMR that never goes dry and makes for a solid go to for mid range combat.

The PAW assault rifle is amaaaazing. It hits so fast, doesn't run out of bullets, and the damage is pretty substantive. The Asari sword is also really strong, as it's attack also doubles as a dodge.

n7 Avenger, has been my go to assault rifle, the accurate two round burst with upgraded combat profile, for increased critical damage and headshots, makes most enemies a breeze.

Huge fan of the P.A.W. myself. Played a tech based with the Turret and Remnant AI drone and the PAW and I never had to stop for ammo and was getting very consistant head shots (which is impressive given how bad I am at FPS generally). Shoot for a bit them move to new cover, use my energy drain and shoot some more. Occasionaly drained a charge and had to wait for refresh but just used a Pistol backup for 2-3 shots then went back to the PAW. Insanely accurate and light end game and with the right mods like Fire Mod (+25% damage) and extra slots this thing was nasty.

the venom shotgun is awesome because it fires grenades and has a charge function which releases more grenades for more explosions per trigger pull.

Augment a Cyclone Assault Rifle with the sticky grenade augmentation. Instead of spraying your enemies with bullets, you are now spraying them with sticky grenades. Explosions everywhere.

Currently using the Venom shotgun, is both a shotgun and a grenade launcher,charge it up before shooting and it fires a cluster grenade with multiple explosions.

there is an angaran pistol that holds one round and does more damage than most sniper rifles. it works pretty well as a backup gun when you put the shield oscillator mod on it. every time you fire it you get 25% of your shields back.

Isharay with the maverick armor and the infiltrator profile. Very rarely do you have to 2 shot an enemy. Spec everything into headshot/weakpoint damage. With the Isharay V I did 3,560 damage per headshot/weakpoint.

I am (and has always been) a big fan of hand cannons... huge damage in small sizes... Any recommendations?

the ultimate weapon of death is the sniper rifle "isharay" BUT you need to boost it a Little. Firstly by increesing your cap size up to two shots. And then you need to craft a special perk which autofills your ammo without reloading but it takes 5% of your hp each time. to help you ignore that i advise to boost up your shields and add a perk that reduces your Total hp by 50% and increases your shields by 50%. if still you have some problems with keeping your shields up, you can use the "bionic skill that makes you dash towards enemy" and one of the upgrades makes it refill your shields. Over all, in my actual build i use ishary as a long-range weapon (100-200m) mid-range weapon (50-100m) and as a shotgun with no scopes. Btw. scince you don't need any ammo now, the only thing you will be looking for in a long missions are health packs and belive me they aren't needed as often as you think.

The N7 Valkyrie Assault Rifle is literally the only gun I use. It's a two burst gun that can kill a normal kett with a single trigger pull, add in turbocharge and maybe invasion and you just melt even Architects.

For a pure Milky Way lover like me.... This is my build 1. Blackwidow (Demigod of sniper, you can kill Fiend in 3 bullets headshot, other than that... 1 hit kill) 2. M7 Avenger or Valkrye Rifle... OR... you can bring a shotgun (Good for group enemies) 3. Carnifex Pistol (High damage, slow rate of fire) or N7 Eagle (my demigod of pistol) You can do a Biotic build or tech build with this setup

N7 Valkyrie and the Pihrahna are all I ever need, like the whole Cryo beam, Annihilation and Lance power setup with Explorer makes them work quite nicely at close to medium ranges.

Hornet for close to mid range and Carnifex for mid to long range. Plus, because they weigh so little, you have really fast power recharge rates. Between constant powers, the bullet hose, and headshots from the hand cannon no one stands a chance.

Would love to see a video on weapon augments and how they work when used in unique firing weapons and how they interact with each other( plasma charge and seeking plasma is awesome on a sniper)

I use the Paw Assault Rifle with Inferno Sniper Rifle and Disciple shotgun all custom. Never need ammo except for the shotgun. Disciple has +2 mods and seeking plasma bolts. Inferno has +2 mods 35% accuracy while hovering and + 3 weapon damage. Great setup for low ammo areas, but it's all I need for the whole game.

My top 5 favorite weapons in the game, function over aesthetic, but some are both. 1. Black Widow sniper rifle. "Old Faithful". this is a one hit kill against the average enemy, with only a few select enemies being able to sustain a headshot and survive. it also packs a solid punch on a bodyshot, though it won't kill your average grunt, a second shot following that will *usually* end them. 2. Sweeper Assault Rifle - a Remnant AR, this burst fire weapon to me felt similar to the Argus in ME3, and the Battle Rifle in halo, some of my favorite weapons, aside from most sniper rifles(i really like my sniper rifles) 3. Disciple - im not really sure how this one stacks up against the other shotguns in the game, but i picked it up so i have a shotgun in my loadout, and i recalled it serving me well in ME3. aesthetically i really like it, it isn't as jagged as most of the other shotguns. 5. Ushior - this handcannon is a great fallback plan if an enemy gets too close to zoom in on an enemy and i overheat my sweeper(usually happens with the Fiends). i like the pistol mostly for the ability to chunk an enemy, but its 1 shot clip makes its greatest strength its greatest weakness - you have a 5 second vulnerability window after you fire. personally this beats the scorpion for me, but it really didn't do much for me in ME3, and i didn't give it a chance in the new galaxy. 4. Asari Blade - this blade to me feels very similar to the blade wielded by the Cerberus Shadow units.(that was the shadows right? i get them crossed with their sniper counterparts) past that, they pack decent punch, and, unless im going crazy(wouldn't be shocked), the weapon also gives you a few invulnerability frames, while you blink around. it also has the benefit of being a milky way weapon, so its easy to reseach(for me with my cryo picks at least) and it was relatively cheap for me to make in materials as well, though that may have more to do with my choice of weapons as well. Honorable Mentions - mostly other sniper rifles i would have listed, but i didnt want a list of top 5 sniper rifles. Shadow Sniper Rifle - i refer to this as the "Focus Rifle", the bane of my Halo 2 campaign days. while i admit i havent used this as much as the inferno or the Black Widow, its still a neat weapon, and i am a sucker for the remnant aesthetic. Inferno Sniper Rifle -a theoretically infinite clip that is only restricted by the potential to overheat, it still packs a solid punch, though the black Widow still has it beaten there. Viper Sniper rifle - has a nice mix of range, forgiveness on a missed shot, and solid damage on a hit. it also has nostaliga, as it carried me through a large portion of Mass Effect 2(that was the viper right? damnit, gotta check into that now) Isharay - if you want a one hit kill, this is THE rifle to pack. that being said, i dont use it as much becuase it has the same glaring weakness as Ushior, and that is the punishment of a missed shot, only it is a bigger window because it is a sniper rifle, not a pistol. This being said, my "standard" loadout in andromeda is "Old Faithful", a tricked out Black Widow rifle, Sweeper assault rifle, Disciple, Asari Blade, and a fill slot, usually occupied by either the Inferno sniper rifle, or the Ushior. i also pack a stealth cloak, biotic charge, and Shockwave ability set onto the Infiltrator Profile. "The gun's mine, but here, have a few rounds"

One weapon I found to be quite useful especially if you are not so good at aiming is developing an avenger assault rifle with the augmentation seeking plasma charge. The gun is available early in the game and the augmentation is relatively cheap for an ultra rare upgrade. the shots themselves are tad slower but the gun itself is light and combined with a clip extension and armor penetration, it is quite versatile when dealing with multiple shielded and unshielded enemies.

Remnant P.A.W. Assault Rifle! It's like the Prothean beam gun from the Javik DLC in ME3

I pack a heavily modified pair of sniper rifles for my Infiltrator, no other guns necessary: The N7 Valiant "Widowmaker" (Custom name) and the Black Widow "Doombringer". Add in enough mods/augments specialize in gun weight reduction and improve damage, and all your fights become shooting ranges.

Spectre for life. Avenger with vintage heat sinks (vHS) and burst fire or the Hornet with vHS, Widow with vHSand upgraded ammo capacity (one shot is all i need), Predator M-9 pistol with vHS and plasma. Simple, sweet and effective.

The sweeper is your best friend, specially on insanity as you'll be running out of ammo after every fight. And of course I carry a black widow for the occasional sniping opportunity.

The Raptor sniper rifle with fire rate modifiers. Tears through most shields in one clip, kills damn near everything in another. It's almost a sniper SMG. Even effective at hip-fire and spray-and-pray from cover.

Tried a whole bunch of guns, but after you try the Sweeper you never need any other weapon. Incredible damage and accuracy at any range. Doesn't need bullets either. If you're pressed for weight, this is the only gun you ever need to bring on any mission and on any difficulty. A lot of people vote for the PAW, but that gun does paltry damage compared to this one and it doesn't require you to fire a constant beam either.

Reegar carbine absolutely shreds anyone with shields even after they go down, and the scattershot remnant shotgun does great damage with infinite ammo (all remnant guns) and with the explosive plasma augmentation has 4 high explosive rounds that near instantly refill.

i found the Reegar carbine within the first 3 hours and am still using it, it was my favorite back in ME3 multiplayer

the sword kett carfalon gives back shield not because of his attack, but because the profile, you have to put it on Vanguard profile so you would get some % of shield back when you melee the enemy

So guys, how about that damage / max clip = damage per bullet --> --> Damage per bullet * rate of fire = damage per full clip Now the tricky part, some guns have extreme power, mostly single shot weapons like the Isharay. I tried to capture the reloading time, so for more accuracy I'd simply divide rate of fire with reloading time. Which in my cases are: Valkyre: ~3,1 seconds Sidewinder: ~2,2 seconds Disciple: ~3,3 seconds Isharay: ~4,2 seconds For example: Isharay X: 1372 damage / 1 clip = 1372 damage * (75 fire rate / 4,2 reload time =17,86) = 24.503,92 Widows X: 19.205,76 Valkyrie X: 7042,99 Falcon X: 2733,66 Disciple X: 8017,8 Crusader X: 5363,1 Sidewinder X: 7155,95 Carnifex X: 3226,95 Ushior X: 39.094,49!!! I have no clue if I'm even right btw, so feel free to correct me guys

a widowmaker with increased ammo capacity and damage boost along with it increased clip size augmentations all fantastic and all make for a great one shot kill to anything

P.A.W. assault rifle with the electric augment. Basically a Reeger Carbine with infinite ammo, high range, and pinpoint accuracy. It also decimates stuff.

I prefer to use the P.A.W Assault Rifle that you can research with your Remnant points. Consistent damage, doesn't use ammo, and cools down pretty quickly. It takes out regular grunts quickly, and can really whittle down an Ascendant or Architect.

YES! I'm not the only one who regretted getting the sidewinder.

I like long range play, so I play an infiltrator using sniper rifles. I carry two of them, the N7 Valiant and the Incisor. I have plasma added to the incisor for most of my fighting. At the outer edge of combat before it all goes down I start with the Valliant. Basic controls take getting used to as you use it like a automatic machine gun but at far range, making sure to move the mouse so the shots all stay on target. As Infiltrator the way to take them down fast is to go cloak, jump up and aim which makes you hover. I have all kinds of perks that makes my hover last a long time, then just mow them all down one after another. Might have to jump a few times, but up in the air I have tons more damage added as well as increased accuracy. Use Liam, Drakk, or Cora to be the short range muscle if things get too close.

Disciple Shotgun with a Kett Plasma Augment. Heat seeking shot is pretty awesome.

Dhan and Asari Sword is my current Vanguard favourite kit, with Black Widow and Carnifex as my sniper kit.

1) Black Widow - Kind of a joke this wasn't on the list 2) Talon - Recommend for early on vanguards or just a close range back up 3) Can't recall name but the remnant assault rifle that is N7 and shoots a beam. (put the take health for instant reload mod on it) - Holy fuck will you be happy. Also I use sidewinder in multiplayer and love it. Gun hits hard for its clip size and fire rate.

so far ive found that the vanguard profile gives the shield regen with a melee attack teams up nice with the asari sword. rozerad pistol is crazy fast but weak attack can be used well with a fire bullet and increased clip size, and the desciple is similar to the dhan but has more ammo per clip so could potentially be better with the right set up.

Sandstorm is love! Vanquisher SR, Sandstorm AR, Piranha shotty, Hurricane/Scorpion is my full loadout. Weight reduced on everything, so still 100% ability cooldown

I need something to drain their life or power faster. What do you reccomend?

Favorite assault rifle so far is the sweeper, accurate at mid range, alright after 150m and its clip lasts a long time about 15 trigger pulls and fires in bursts. I only have the rank 3 atm but with my mods it does 101 damage a round eating through just about anything I've come across so far. Best part its remnant meaning no ammo limitations. Also a plasma charging carnifex is pretty fun though it only works from about 40m, but turning it into a mini grenade launcher priceless.

The P.A.W Is pretty decent with extra mod slots added to make it more reliable against unshielded and non-Armor combatants plus with the combat assault rifle perks set for reload speed and weight with a few ammo capacity perks you've got about a 1-3 second reload time plus factoring in the remnant weaponry have infinite ammo and if your one of those "Spray and play" type of player try remnant weaponry for few goes but be warned P.A.W Is a direct energy beam style weapon that trades damage for accuracy/Infinite ammo/Constant damage/Very little recoil while aiming

"N7 armor"? Paahh! I be rocking the green Kett armor exclusively thank you! As for weapons, I've been having a breeze with just the Krogan Hammer and PAW laser. Sure it doesn't grow more powerful the longer the beam is on like 3's Particle gun, but slam down a barricade with weapon damage boost, and you'll be an unstoppable fortress in the middle of the battlefield. The infinite ammo is also great for those bullet sponge enemies like the Architect, Remnant destroyers, and fiends.

Black Widow for long range, the thing is a beast. Sweeper AR for medium range, never run out of ammo. Dhan Shotgun for + Asari Sword close Range. Tbh Biotic Charge + annihilation + either Nova or Shockwave and Asari Sword = OP death machine. I barely fire my guns at all now.

I actually liked the Sidewinder. It was definitely not the best pistol. But it had a good balance of damage, fire rate and is 10 times more aesthetically pleasing than the phalanx or predator which are probably its direct competition. I used it for a while until i got a Talon

I got the P.A.W. 1 for multiplayer and have been able to hold my own with a new or below lvl 10 character on gold matches easily, can't wait to find the upgraded versions

The Vanquisher sniper rifle is an absolute beast in Single Player and especially Multiplayer.

if you want pure killing power. N7 Piranha With Homing rounds and the "health cost for instant clip reload" augmentation... This crafted gun will kill anything in seconds on normal from very good range. Hold trigger and watch stuff die... Soned with Vintage Heatsink and Homing rounds. Literally a minigun that you dont have to aim... just hold the trigger and watch stuff in front of you die. Combine this with the soldier profile, with the Overdrive and tactical (combat) cloak abilities and on command you can kill nearly any target in seconds and clear rooms without really having to aim.

N7 valkyrie I wrote it off in me3, but damn. With a steady hand it will eat through just about anything. Including ammo; slot an ammo mod.

i would like to see your opinion on Nomad upgrades, what ones give you the best advantage at certain points in the game and what ones are worth getting first off

The M-36 Falcon V assault rigle, Disciple VI shotgun and the Widow V sniper rifle works great at all 3 ranges for me

I love the Naladen's sound design, visuals, and feel but the fact that it can't do crit shots kinda ruins it as a sniper so I go Black Widow instead. The Remnant Equalizer is also seriously good at close range.

I created an RPG rifle. Mines specifically is an Isharay Sniper with vintage heat sink and the Seeking Plasma System. Do this with any OP sniper for a nice rpg. Black Widow even.

I love the Sidewinder! It's like a mini 6 round light sniper in pistol form.

Mod the normal Kett shotty with explosive plasma shells and giggle with glee. It decimates son.

I use an crafted Isharay with Vintage heat sink, Full ranks of Stealth, and modded Maverick armor. Long distance head shot kills on most armored/shielded targets. For close quaters, I prefer the Valkyrie modded to punch armored targets and the Asari sword.

Let's see...for auto rifles I like the following: Sandstorm, revenant, and the remnant Paw. Shot guns: the crusader, the reggar carbine (I like to fly around and do Emperor Palpetine impressions when I use it xD), the Hesh, and the remnant scattershot. Sniper rifles: My favorite is my heavily modded angaran sniper (it just makes things disappear so quickly!), also fond of the black widow and the auto sniper rifle too (the auto snipers are only for lols though ). Haven't really tried out any of the pistols yet though.
