Healthy snacking is a great way to combat hunger in between meals, so here i've made 5 Healthy Snack Ideas, that will satisfy your hunger without the extra calories.

1 Frozen Yogurt Bark Recipe 250 calories
Ingredients
1/2 cup greek yogurt, plain
Granola
Chocolate chips
Directions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Spread yogurt evenly over the parchment paper.
3. Top with garanola and choclate chips.
4. Cover and freeze, this will vary on time depending on your freezer but at least 30 minutes, longer if possible.

2 Rice Cakes And Peanut Butter 190 calories (2 cakes)
Ingredients:
2 rice cakes
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 banana
Method:
1. Spread one tablespoon almond butter on each rice cake.
2. Top with banana slices, and serve.

3 Cucumber Tomato Cottage Cheese Salad 290 calories
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
1 Large Tomato
1 Cucumber
Salt/pepper/any other spices you like
Method:
shop some tomato and cucumber and mix with with cottage cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and you can add any other spices you like and EAT. Fresh, easy and filling!

4 Banana Peanut Butter Bites 50 calories (6 servings)
Ingredients:
1 large banana
2 tbsp Peanut butter
Method:
Slice the banana into half-inch portions. Place peanut butter onto one slice of banana and top with another banana slice. Continue until no banana slices remain, and Secure them with toothpick.

5 Apple Peanut Butter And Granola Snacks 35 calories (7 servings)
Ingredients:
1 Apple
2 tbsp Peanut butter
Method:
Slice apples to 7 slices and remove the core.
Spread peanut butter over each apple slice.
Sprinkle granola to cover the peanut butter.
Apple Peanut Butter and Granola Snacks can be refrigerated for up to 8 hours. It’s a perfect snack for lunchboxes, after school or any time of the day snack.

You're kind of a little misleading with these calories, I know you put the per serving thing but you know someone is going to eat all those apple rings with peanut butter and granola because this video said it was a low calorie snack, when all together those calories could add up

Guys the recipes in this video are not for the plate it's for one serving the rice cakes has 190 calories for 1 rice cake and it has 2 servings the banana peanut butter bites has 50 calories for one, but it has 6 servings the apple slices with peanut butter its 35 calories for one slice and it has 7 servings i've montioned the servings per container on the video

Hey thought I’d share my favorite healthy snacks :) -Yogurt and granola -1/2 frozen banana on an ice cream stick dipped in melted dark chocolate (i know it has many calories but i thought i’d still include it XD) -Apple slices sprinkled in cinnamon powder, dip them in peanut butter mmmm -Freeze banana slices with some peanut butter on top of them

Peanut butter is used too often in these to be truly healthy while being low on calories. Peanut butter is nearly all fat (as well as cottage cheese) and I wouldn't necessarily call healthy.

TheSpartanOne peanut butter in moderation IS healthy. the fats in it are not necessarily bad if you are eating it in small portions :) its like avocado, they are good fats but you cant crazily over do it

Actually, peanut butter is quite healthy, (in moderation, of course). What’s not healthy, though, are the things people put in it. LOADS of sugar, salt, and oil. Really it doesn’t need all too much of any of that... but hey, these ARE business companies, right?

Store bought granola is typically high in calories and sugar so I would recommend homemade granola

Take cottage cheese, add some cinammon or cocoa powder, vanilla powder (optional) and stevia and use it instead of peanut butter.

I'll tell you instead of using peanut butter you can always use cream cheese sprinkle with a little bit of cinnamon even a tiny bit of sugar

Peanut butter is very calorie rich. 2 TBSP of peanut butter alone has almost 200 calories. Which might not sound like much, but if you're eating multiple of those apple slices, it adds up to A LOT. Although he added the serving sizes in the video, you have to be realistic. No one is going to eat just one singular apple slice with peanut butter and be done. There are so many other foods out there that you can have a large quantity of for the same amount of calories.

These are incredibly high-calorie. Instead of slathering on 100 calories worth of peanut butter on each apple ring, just sprinkle it with cinnamon and sweetner! 0 extra calories!

Peanut butter is great if you want to go keto and have the full fat. But most peanut butter has added sugars and is nothing BUT fat. So I wouldn't call these "low calorie." :/ You gotta make your own peanut butter to make it low calorie unfortunately.

There's absolutely nothing low calorie here lol. Swap out peanut butter with pb2, and granola...? 18g of sugar? That is far from idea.

@@diyataneja4199 The first one is perfectly fine, just use a 0 fat Greek yogurt (others have a bit of added sugar) and there's dark chocolate chips. So that's a good substitute for the normal ones. Granola I'm always iffy on as it's high fat (nuts which are good but very calorie dense) so in moderation it's fine ☺️

@@Jhordynnn depends on the amount of PB and usually it is worth the calories for the nutrition, but average of the ones I buy is about 188 calories per 2 tbsp which is quite alot.

1. chocolate chips and the smallest bit of granola? 2. one tablespoon of peanut butter is 100 calories. one banana is 100 calories. two rice cakes are around 25 calories total. youre looking at around 300-350 calories, not 190. 3. 1/2 a cup of CHEESE? in what world is that healthy? 4. "50 calories, 25 calories from fat per serving, 6 servings per container" = 300 calories, 150 from fat 5. what's wrong with eating a regular apple as a snack? 1 apple = 100 calories (approx). 7 slices of apple with 1 tbsp peanut butter on each slice with 1tbsp = 100 calories = 800 calories. PLUS GRANOLA = another 100 TOTAL: 900 calories moral of the story: peanut butter is very calorie dense and very high fat, 1/2 cup of cheese is pure cholesterol and isn't the healthiest snack, you can't really lose weight from all these high calorie snacks unless your meals are smaller....
